After sending you an email 10 days ago, 4.1.2023 and a photo, I.m VERY disappointed as I haven't received any emails to solve this issue [1 of the straps has come off ] and I CANNOT use my bag! “I have been looking for a long time for just such a bag. It is just what I have wanted and possibly even better, as there are all the different colour ways. I love it. Size , colour ,design and in real natural leather all at the best possible price. Delivered safely dispite the strikes on time. Trouble is I am tempted to have a second one in another lovely colour.
