“The quality of product was extremely disappointing; I wouldn’t have donated it to a charity shop hence the reason it was returned. Paid £39.99 for the bag in the sale but would have been very disappointed & angry had I paid the full price of £89.99 for it Was purchased for an aunts 70th birthday & due to poor quality we were late with her gift”

“Brought this bag for my granddaughter for Christmas and she loved it service was great as had to exchange the first bag I brought as I didn't think it was big enough for her needs which was done quickly and they were very helpful.”
