“Love this little bag, nice leather and well made, but was not impressed with packaging. It consisted of a plastic covering, bag was completely flat packed. First time I have ever received a bag that wasn’t padded out to keep its shape.”

“The delivery was prompt and the product acceptable, for the costs involved. However, during the ordering process, I was astounded to be asked to make a further monetary 'contribution' to the staff of the business. There was no evidence that such a contribution is being administered by the directors, for staff welfare. This distasteful and rather cynical action prompted further consideration, after which I will not patronise this organisation again.”
