“I returned an item and was issued with a refund notification. However, 9 working days later and I still have not received a refund despite chasing this from day 5. Quite brazen to then get an invitation to review. I certainly will not be placing any orders ever again. This is nearly £50. Not impressed.”

“A beautiful well made in a lovely soft leather with beautiful lining. Lots of pockets and the strap is easy to adjust for the right length. Easy to order and it arrived very quickly. Very impress from start to finish. I have two shoulder bads from this company and will order another bag as they are made in lots of styles to suit everybody and colour.”
