“The leather was not soft like I thought it would be and it has a rough feel to it.The Assots logo on the front is at a slight angle,the lining looks a bit cheap.”

“The purses are well constructed with amazing use of space. However, of the 3 purses, 2 were off colour. The 2 grey purses were beige and brown. I’m very unimpressed! Given the hassle and expense of returning the bags from a foreign land (about 50% of the cost of the bags), I will dye them. The grey bags will have beige or brown zippers. It’s disappointing. At least they were on sale.”

I'm not too happy , this bag was one of my fiancee's gifts for her birthday over the weekend , first of all I paid for Express delivery 'it was slow getting to me' & also as you'll see from the photos , the bag itself is creased , looks like needs flattening out !! Also , my fiancee' went to let the strap down / out - noticed a split .... she's dissapointed as I am ! I'd like some kind of credit / compensation please !
