“Already have a brown leather handbag & a blue mobile phone bag - a bit smaller than the recently purchased black leather one - both of which have stood the test of daily use, so when I wanted a black phone bag Assots was my first choice. Love their real leather products at affordable prices.”

“Bag fell forward when worn as top heavy caused by the position the shoulder strap position. Disappointing as a nice leather but unusable due to the above, this has been returned please advise when I will be receiving a refund? Many thanks”

“I recently bought a handbag for my mum. The handbag had glue on it so sent pictures and asked for a refund or discount. Customer service told me it was definitely glue and not a default so couldn't offer me anything which is fine, so I decided to return it for a refund. They didn't even offer free return, I had to pay for the postage. If the bag had been in perfect condition, I wouldn't have returned it therefore wouldn't have spent extra for postage. I don't think it was handled the correct way and would have expected a free return postage”

“The tote bag I ordered from you is very handsome, stylish, and just what I was looking for. I wanted a plain leather bag with no fancy gold lettering or flashy gilt embellishments. A bonus was that it was on sale, and is also lined, which I wasn't expecting. It is well made, in decent-quality leather, and the stitching is absolutely straight and perfect. I've been out several times with it now, and it's roomy - can take a novel or tablet easily as well as the usual handbag paraphernalia - and the magnetic closure at the top makes it feel secure. Very happy with my purchase. Thank you!”
