“It's now day 10 since ordering this bag, still no sign of delivery 😑 😒 they claim 3 to 5 days international delivery. After repeated requests for eta, nothing! When will I receive my bag?”

“A bit unhappy as the colour was not what I wanted when I got in touch with Assots they said, due to the naked nature of this leather type, there is a lot of variation in the grey colour. Some are light while others are darker. Please advise whether you wish to return the item and we would be happy to process your refund once we receive your return but you would have to pay for sending this back themselves”
