“Still not received my purchase 8 days after purchasing, tracking number for royal mail ( 48 hr delivery!) states that it hasnt even been recieved by them to be processed. Payment has gone from my account. Contacted ASSOTS and got a standard "we are looking into it" response, heard nothing since. No phone number to speak to a human being available. Not happy as a christmas present and ordered well in advance. Im even in the same country!”

“I will not be ordering from this company again. I managed to purchase a handbag (and receive a dispatch notification) which I was later told was out of stock. I was offered an alternative or refund. I chose an alternative. A refund was processed. After a lot of back and forth via email, which I found very frustrating, I was mistakenly given a refund and asked to order a new item. The refund could take up to 10 days to be available in my account. I was offered nothing as a gesture of goodwill for the stressful and frustrating service I had received. I cannot believe they expected me to place a new order with them after that experience. Steer clear!”
