Goods all thrown in to oversized box together (tins and fragile items) no protection or separation, therefore received box of broken biscuits, crisps, crackers etc, having been free moving in box during handling. My complaint was dealt with quickly, however, with the explanation that the box had been repacked by delivery company, for some reason. Am assured I will have refund within 48hours, so assuming that happens, I was satisfied with the complaints handling. Bad first experience though, so sorry, won't be buying again.

22 tins from my order had to go in the bin not happy, i was offered less than the price i paid, then i said its a refund i wanted and pointed out i paid more for the goods than they had credited me, so got the price i paid refunded, i had free delivery but was charged a small amount for delivery, if these tins were not sent to me i think the delivery would have been free due to weight, i feel delivery should have been refunded, i was upset with my order and did send pics to your facebook page, now im angry to think you would send out food to people in that state, its a total health risk , the tins were dented rusty and some had leaked there contence out , yuk this is so bad,the person that packed my order would have known the tins should never have been sent out to a customer, im yet to make up my mind what to do about this health risk to people ,

I ordered 8 bottles of margarita mix and only received 7. When I called I was refunded immediately but it turned out one of the bottles had smashed when packed because all 7 bottles were covered in margarita mix and shards of glass which cut my hands and went all over my sofa and carpet.

Half my order is not there, have e-mailed about it but so far had no reply. As this was my first order from yourselves I am awaiting the outcome on how long it takes to solve this problem and receive the rest of my order. Then I can rate again.

Hi I received a card through my door to say the parcel was in the dustbin. I really don't think it is appropriate putting edible items in a filthy bin. Added to this it was bin collection day. The binmen could easily have emptied the bin with the parcel in it. I have thrown the items away and won't be placing any more orders.

Very disappointed, lack of communication. Never received delivery due to damage on the way to dispatch, had to chase them for update. Only positive was speedy refund.

Order placed on 16th July, confirmation of dispatch on 18th July. It is now 24th July and I have not received my delivery.

Dreadful. I still haven't got my food because yodel came when I was out so have had to order redelivery at work and somehow try and find a way to carry it home. I don't drive and have disabilities which is why I order online. They use yodel whose depot is based several towns away from mine and would involve a 40 minute train journey to get there. Very disappointed .

Was looking forward to my first order it arrived within 2 days . Was disappointed with most of my order as more than a few items were pound shop stuff or to the lesser of a pound. Brought e45 and that does seem a bargain. Ordered 2 candles for £7. They are tiny. My fault maybe for not checking sizes.. it seems if there really is a too good to be true bargain then the customer is limited to only being able to purchase the one! I don't get that if delivery is 5.99.. if it was free delivery I would maybe understand

Not received my items yet. Keep getting messages from uk mail saying times it's coming so I stay in all day and it never comes if it takes much longer the food is going to be off and I'd like my money back!

The delivery price is to high. You need to order quite a lot to be able to actually buy it and that's not saving money really
