Great prices but Awful packaging. Last Summer 3bottle of Beer was broken and food arrived wet. However I did not complain. Last week they put coke on the bottom and 3kg flour on the top🤦‍♀️..of course all the cans exploded and food arrived wet again. Flour and a few things went to the bin straight away. I think it was last time I ordered from Approved food. 😣

Everything is basically the same price or more than the shop would have it, except it’s in date in the shop which defeats the object really.. when you have to add postage on this cost could be higher than the shop price. Deals aren’t great they entice you in with the few cheap bits that you’re paying for elsewhere, but also limit you to one of them which is rubbish when there’s say 3 in a pack and there’s 8 of you…

First few orders thought were "OK", but now cancelled my account, can buy some items in local shops at a cheaper price and still within the "best before date", and multi-packs in shops dont get split down to sell individually.

Sadly I cannot review my order - I would love to but after 4 e mails telling me they are going to deliver ( one even showing me a map where the van contains my order was very close and an expected time slot) DX has failed to deliver it. I have been a very happy Approved food customer for many years but will not order again as the delivery company’s service is appalling

Hi I have not received my last order yet after 1 week that was scheduled to be delivered , You need to look after the customer and get rid of this Mickey mouse delivery companys !!

The catfood had been crushed out of the tray, the box was soaking and zo were the boxs inside. Wont be ordering again.

Awful experience, no updates for a week, then cancelled my order initially blaming DPD, then back peddling saying it was not DPD and just a shipment issue, happy to take my money and charge extra for delivery though! Refunded after 10 wasted days, my advice, avoid, avoid, avoid

Crisps 5 months past b/ b date I ordered 12 packets of plain crisps and received 5 packets the rest made up of Worcestershire sauce French fries. I could have got curry paste ÂŁ1 cheaper from Poundstretcher (not by the b/b date) and the coffee mate was only 2 pence per kilo cheaper than Iceland (fresh) not impressed with your products

No communication from company till I chased. Order arrived, box damaged and huge hole in outer and inner box, some items missing and others damaged and unfit for consumption. Won't be using again

Great product, good price, but appalling delivery service. Given a Friday night slot between 7pm and 9pm. Asked our neighbours to leave the access gates open for the van, but nobody turned up. No text, no email, nothing. Got a message Saturday to say they were turning up Sunday stating a two hour slot and they turned up early. Fortunately, we were in. When I emailed customer service, I got a standard reply of ‘sorry if we caused you concern’. Great !!!!!!

Where do I begin! I made an order on Monday 16th September & was advised it would be delivered on Tuesday 17th. September Someone waited in all day & It didn’t arrive. Eventually it was reported that the carrier couldn’t find our address. This was very surprising as although we live in a rural area we have online carriers delivering daily. For example I ordered something from another company at the same time (16th September) as my Approved food order. It arrived promptly at the advised time within a 2 hour time slot on 17th September. After many complaints the delivery finally arrived on Saturday 21st September An order I made with Amazon on 21st September arrived on 22nd. Both my other deliveries were postage free whereas I had to pay for the one from Approved foods. Hence I won’t be using them again especially as I haven’t been offered an compensation even for the postage
