“Good choice of products, website can be slow and clunky, delivery is now slower than previous i expect due to the popularity and expect 6/7 days for arrival for point of order. Still a good site and when i have had to contact customer service swift resolution was provided. Latest delivery was superbly packaged and a vast improvement of previous 'heavy' delivery boxes, hence no damages. will continue to use”

“I ordered for the first time and saved around £35.00 on the products I bought. One of the items (a box of chocolates) had been opened and there were three missing, but everything is perfectly good. I would like more updates on the order progress.”

“I was happy to find Approved Food about 2-3 years ago, and used them quite a lot. Incredible bargains, and no problems at all with passing the self-by (obviously arbitrary) dates at all. My only recent disappointmen recently was when I found (my own fault) that my slow brain finds it difficult now to navigate their website. (If you simpilify it I would love to return).”

“I would probably order more often if there was either a lower minimum order value or none at all. It took a week for the order to reach me. I ordered on 5th and it was delivered on 12th, which in these days, is a long time. As there is a delivery charge, you have to weigh up whether you are actually saving anything on the order.”

After looking into this, I can see that around the time your order was placed was a very busy time for both us and our couriers, so delivery took a bit longer than usual. I can assure you this isn't the norm for us and we usually aim to have orders dispatched and delivered within 3-5 working days of an order being placed. “Always worth the money,with some outstanding deals.Only one small complaint regards the courier as I had a couple of broken bottles in my last delivery however that is my one and only complaint and I have had plenty deliveries.”

“Good all round service, but slow on delivery but accurate on arrival. Have used them a few times. Will use again. Still trying to persuade them not to pack tins and bottles on top of crisps and cakes but we live in hope.”

“I love looking through the different offers and putting together a minimum order box, its almost like a game! I do wish the really older dated lucky boxes could just be donated to charity earlier in the food chain though”
