“Use these guys several times a year. Always get fab choices at amazing prices. Possibly the delivery duration has extended a day or so but otherwise I’d always recommend approved foods.”

“The delivery should have been made 6 days ago, then yesterday and then finally tonight. The person delivering today did so on time and was very pleasant and surprisingly the parcel was in good order. The customer service department was less reassuring although apologetic.”

“I wrote as soon as the parcel was delivered to our shop to inform you that the Joseph Joseph draining tray was so buckled and out of true it did not assemble. You wrote last Thursday asking for photo evidence. Which we sent immediately. ( as I was home and the item was at the shop that e mail was sent from the shop. All communications had 345151 stated. We have heard nothing.”

“It's pretty good for some things but who ever it picking the prices on some things you can get cheaper and indate at the high street I think your pricing yourself out of the market also when you have problems with your drivers saying there going to turn up on a date and they don't but nobody informs you so you have taken time of work and nobody shows up it's happend 3 or 4 times to me”

“Middle ground here as some stuff arrived with the best before date being 2021 and completely inedible/undrinkable so had to be thrown away. However , have had a few decent items with more recent best before dates !”

“I was happy to find Approved Food about 2-3 years ago, and used them quite a lot. Incredible bargains, and no problems at all with passing the self-by (obviously arbitrary) dates at all. My only recent disappointmen recently was when I found (my own fault) that my slow brain finds it difficult now to navigate their website. (If you simpilify it I would love to return).”

“Some of the items are ok to eat but food that are from 2020 up to 2023 have a not so nice taste and texture. If they are 2024 to2025 they are edible. A few times I have had damaged food as they were not placed in the box neatly.”

“I know that a lot of products can be slightly past their use by dates, but I received a product that was three years out of date! All I received in reply was a £1.95 credit to my account which will never get used as I will not be using approved food again!”
