“After using Approved foods for many years, I now find it disappointing in the lack of choice especially in pet foods. Approved foods appears to have gone more 'up market' and lost some of its original intentions, ever since the site has been upgraded in style. I will continue to look and purchase, but find it increasingly difficult to find what I want to purchase.”

“The delivery should have been made 6 days ago, then yesterday and then finally tonight. The person delivering today did so on time and was very pleasant and surprisingly the parcel was in good order. The customer service department was less reassuring although apologetic.”

“It's pretty good for some things but who ever it picking the prices on some things you can get cheaper and indate at the high street I think your pricing yourself out of the market also when you have problems with your drivers saying there going to turn up on a date and they don't but nobody informs you so you have taken time of work and nobody shows up it's happend 3 or 4 times to me”

“Middle ground here as some stuff arrived with the best before date being 2021 and completely inedible/undrinkable so had to be thrown away. However , have had a few decent items with more recent best before dates !”

“Some of the items are ok to eat but food that are from 2020 up to 2023 have a not so nice taste and texture. If they are 2024 to2025 they are edible. A few times I have had damaged food as they were not placed in the box neatly.”

“Loved my MEGA box and my order was great, delivery time wasn't good I ordered on the 9th and received on the 17th - customer service needs improving too as once it went past 5 days nobody got back to me. Loved my order, especially my MEGA box, service needs improving. Xx”

“Ordered 20 packs of pistachio to discover they expire at the end of thi year so only 6 weeks expiry. I eat many brands of these nuts and these are not the best tasting so far. Malt loaf feels stale and are also expiring in a few weeks. The costs should have been a fraction of what was charged.”

“One of the promotions never arrived and disappeared off the invoice although it was definitely added! Raised a complaint to no avail. All other items fine but just double check before you hit the button to pay”

“4 days from order to delivery, then received mouldy Soreen loaves. They did respond quickly and refunded the cost of the loaves, but won't buy from here again”

“Ordered a surprise box for £1 - very disappointed with the quality of the items - all totally out of date 2021 - foul tasting Coke Max and Peach Tea - the same with out of date and stale crisps. I promised my husband, son and daughter that I would never be tempted to order a surprise box again! I had simply paid to dispose of someone elses waste. Other items in date were fine and reasonably priced.”

I can see from your invoice that the Lucky Box you purchased was our 2021 dated box, (which explains the dates on the items).
