“Signed up and placed order 31/01 but my order wasn’t showing under my account. Had to chase. All chat system. No phone number to speak with real person. Order eventually arrived 09/02. Courier DX express left ot outside in view of passers by didnt ring the doorbell. Box was soaked in rain. Turned out items were foreign and description and instruction were all in Hebrew. I have pictures to prove. Entire order was binned. Not for me.”

“Some of the food is ok especially when it has only just passed its sell by date or only has a few weeks to go. I had rice cakes for babies that were two years out of date and I just threw those I also had crisps where the bags had perished and open and the food inside was stale. This should be picked up when packed. With regards to the ordering, there are a lot of great offers but sometimes I start an order and get to about ten pounds and because of the minimum spend I find the availability and cost of what else I can order no longer results in a offer I feel is financially worth I for me, so I give up.”

“Very disappointed. I have no issue with eating out of date food but 99% of what I received tasted terrible and all but the Candy Kittens has gone in the bin. Not just wasted food but wasted money too.”

“Firstly I am aware about the company’s idea with foods “just past” and near their best before, however the batch I received were 5 months past and made me and my family very sick. I was expecting the drinks to be near or maybe two weeks past their date. Very disappointed. Wouldn’t use this site again and I don’t recommend them. Drink cans also came dented.”

“Havent recieved order atall yet !! No notification atall for delivery and still havent recieved any kind of delivery atall !! Teied tracking delivery with just same as always been dispatched and out for delivery ....no dates no reply from email address either!!! Wow customer help is poor i feel totally ....i ordered like 3 yrs ago and gave up due to this issue a friend said it was better now so i obvs ordered and tried it again ....but is rediculous tbh i feel ...ppl that order from here is obvs in need and paying money out over a week ago now and no communication atall is frustrating and detrimental to us i do know and most likely most homes too !!”

“Disappointing ladies lucky box. Not sure which is worse, the coal tar hand soap or the 3 bottles of stop n grow, 2 identical conditioners for dry damanaged hair. I didn't feel very lucky opening it.”

“I'm very disappointed in your service. I've emailed twice and left a message to inform you that my last order was delivered to someone else at the other end of the country. You haven't bothered to respond with even an acknowledgement of the issue. You don't seem to have a problem with sending me emails to buy more stuff, or ask for a review, But you do seem to have a problem responding to issues. I wonder if this review will prompt a response? I'm not holding my breath.”

“No live telephone answered. Always voice mail. Ordered 5 x lindt chocolatier chocolate Box 470g in my order for £25 but only received 4 boxes. Charged full amount fir my order. Emailed Approved Foods. Have to wait 24 hours for a response from them.”

“Ordered baby food was advised all the food is short dated not years out of date no chance on this earth would I feed my son food that’s out of date up to over a year that’s not short dated that’s for the bin ! My own fault should have read the description at the same time it shouldn’t be sold”
