Still not received my delivery and placed my order 15 days ago.

After almost 2 weeks from ordering I eventually received my delivery. One box contained bottles, one of which was broken, with glass everywhere, causing cuts to my hands. The other items were covered in some kind of gunge which I can only assume leaked from a carton of coconut milk which was squashed. Some of the items in the other box were ok, but others werere stale, especially the nuts, so had to be binned. I used to be a regular customer, but this will be my last purchase as this was definitely not money well spent, very disappointing and a two week wait is just ridiculous.

I wrote as soon as the parcel was delivered to our shop to inform you that the Joseph Joseph draining tray was so buckled and out of true it did not assemble. You wrote last Thursday asking for photo evidence. Which we sent immediately. ( as I was home and the item was at the shop that e mail was sent from the shop. All communications had 345151 stated. We have heard nothing.

I know that a lot of products can be slightly past their use by dates, but I received a product that was three years out of date! All I received in reply was a £1.95 credit to my account which will never get used as I will not be using approved food again!

Hello, I am sorry to see that you were not happy with the items you received. We do always state the dates of products on our website, so customers can see this before they buy and we try to reflect this in the price of the products too. Our customer service team is always happy to refund any money given as credit, back to your payment method if you wish, as we would like our customers to have the option! :) We do hope you consider using us again one day!

I have used this company previously with no problems but this time has been very different. My order arrived with items missing and these were the reason I placed the order in the first place. I also received somone else's order in the same box. It has been difficult contacting anyone as they will only use emails and have not yet finished any conversation we have had. I told them I wanted my original order and with all the messing around on their side it is no longer available although I do wonder if indeed it ever was. I want a full refund including postage as they have failed to deliver my order. I am happy to give them back their goods but again they seem reluctant to pay me and collect their goods. This situation has not been helped by their refusal to talk on the phone which I believe would have resolved the problem quickly.

Unfortunately I did not have. A good experience. My order took almost 2 weeks to arrive and when it did the contents were in poor condition. The gifts ordered (three burts bees gift boxes) all had damaged boxes which made them unsuitable for gifts. Usually damaged boxes are indicated in the description but these were not. One of the sprays (spray and wear) I ordered was missing the spray top so is unusable. The lucky box I ordered was great though, fantastic value for money and good range of contents.

Was really disppointed with what i purchased. there is past the best before and then there's 5 years past it. The chocolate wasn't edible, i ended up being able to only eat 3 items froma whole box as it was inedible.

Placed an order. Had to chase as order not received. Customer service got back to me to advise parcel had been damaged in transit. Was unable to reorder items as they were now no longer in stock. Advised they will refund money to my account. Have requested it be refunded to my credit card. Hopefully his will be actioned quickly.

use again. Items that were delivered were not as ordered. For example ordered banana strawberry and vanilla drinks -all received were cafe latte and no explanation. I ordered Bombay Mix x2 but received Chilli sticks which were dated September 2023. Also before paying there is a section asking if you require delivery or you will collect your order. There is however no method available to select collection. I emailed and telephoned numerous times for customer service assistance but did not receive any response whatsoever. Poor service. The concept is a good one but the abysmal service let’s it down. How they get repeat orders is beyond me.

I did not receive my order I emailed the delivery company last week and they replied back saying I needed to contact the sender I tried replying back to an email from approved food to say I have not received my order but no reply I don't have money to waste so I'm very annoyed I've just given up now won't be ordering again or recommending

Signed up and placed order 31/01 but my order wasn’t showing under my account. Had to chase. All chat system. No phone number to speak with real person. Order eventually arrived 09/02. Courier DX express left ot outside in view of passers by didnt ring the doorbell. Box was soaked in rain. Turned out items were foreign and description and instruction were all in Hebrew. I have pictures to prove. Entire order was binned. Not for me.

Some of the food is ok especially when it has only just passed its sell by date or only has a few weeks to go. I had rice cakes for babies that were two years out of date and I just threw those I also had crisps where the bags had perished and open and the food inside was stale. This should be picked up when packed. With regards to the ordering, there are a lot of great offers but sometimes I start an order and get to about ten pounds and because of the minimum spend I find the availability and cost of what else I can order no longer results in a offer I feel is financially worth I for me, so I give up.

Very disappointed. I have no issue with eating out of date food but 99% of what I received tasted terrible and all but the Candy Kittens has gone in the bin. Not just wasted food but wasted money too.

Firstly I am aware about the company’s idea with foods “just past” and near their best before, however the batch I received were 5 months past and made me and my family very sick. I was expecting the drinks to be near or maybe two weeks past their date. Very disappointed. Wouldn’t use this site again and I don’t recommend them. Drink cans also came dented.

All bar 1 of the goods I purchased is out of date not slightly but 6 mths these are Xmas gifts and I’ve had to pay to return I won’t use this company again
