Dreadful. I still haven't got my food because yodel came when I was out so have had to order redelivery at work and somehow try and find a way to carry it home. I don't drive and have disabilities which is why I order online.
They use yodel whose depot is based several towns away from mine and would involve a 40 minute train journey to get there.
Very disappointed .
