Great product, good price, but appalling delivery service. Given a Friday night slot between 7pm and 9pm. Asked our neighbours to leave the access gates open for the van, but nobody turned up. No text, no email, nothing. Got a message Saturday to say they were turning up Sunday stating a two hour slot and they turned up early. Fortunately, we were in.
When I emailed customer service, I got a standard reply of ‘sorry if we caused you concern’. Great !!!!!!
