“Good flowe, good delivery... the black ribbon was bit uncomfortable , had to go look for and buy a ribbon separately... like unless I specify funeral ... probably shouldnt go with black 🤣”

“On 24th March I ordered ‘Peonies and Cream ‘ flowers for my 80 year old friend’s birthday the next day. Today I received a hand written card from her thanking me .Her words were ‘ the peonies are such a bold colour and go so well with the lovely white roses.They really are the most beautiful flowers I have ever received’ That is surely the best complement Appleyard you never let me down.”

“Three weeks ago I sent a bunch of flowers, lilies, roses, eucalyptus etc. I paid £45.00. They got delivered on the correct day albeit at 2110 hrs and had I not rung my daughter they would have sat outside all night. The roses were brown and only one came out, the lilies were just a branch of a main stem the eucalyptus was not what was shown and the rest was just filled out with green foliage. It is the worst bunch I have ever sent to anyone. What’s more I have been in touch with Appleyard but to date none has come back to me despite trying “live chat” emails etc. I am appalled with this company and would never recommend them to anyone. I hope this review goes live and the only way I shall rescind it is I receive a complete refund. Sally Myles”

“For Easter I was sent Decorum yellow in full bloom. But in one week despite following the instructions it was “over “. Very disappointing.”

“The Easter gift of a simple bunch of tulip and hyasinths paired with a Lindt egg was a hit with my Aunt. Flowers beautiful, you could tell it felt like an elevated Easter gift as she was quite excited.”

“The worst experience ever. Do not use them. They did not deliver 2 out of 3 bouquets which were for members of the same family causing me huge upset & embarrassment. They still have over £100 of my money and no deliveries. It’s now almost a week. Do not use them.”

“I ordered black rose for my niece for mothers day from her children she always wanted black roses so I ordered her some never been so disappointed all the pellets had come off them ruined her day was offered 10 pounds off my next order or send my nice a replacement bouquet still waiting false promises so I have emailed them and told them not to bother I won't order for them again”
