“I unfortunately had a problem with my order. I had placed it weeks before my friends 30th birthday to ensure that she had a lovely bouquet on the day. However, despite my instruction to leave on the doorstep if no one was home, these were not delivered on the day and a collection card left instead which took the shine off my surprise. However, due to Appleywards system I was notified that this was happened and called them to arrange redelivery. They were unable to redeliver the original bunch as they were waiting to be collected by my friend. So they arranged a larger bunch to be sent the next day and this time stressed on the notes that they were to be left at the house if no one home. I am still waiting to find out if this has happened and obviously am disappointed that my friends 30th birthday flowers will be two days late, but I was very impressed at the way appleyard dealt with this and the quick solution which I really hadn't expected.”

“Got the flowers promptly, well packaged, beautiful on arrival , they are still blooming so the 7 day freshness motto is definatly true ! Very happy with these flowers , would purchase again”

“The flowers were really nice on the photo but the fact I was sending them to a friend I have no idea how they looked when they arrived that their home.”

“Blooms are clearly high quality and sturdy. They've been in the case for four days and the lillies still haven't opened - also they have no scent... But at least the bouquet looks pretty!”

“These flowers were for a specific occasion and I nominated a date; I was warned that they could be delivered up to 24hrs later but I was not warned that they could be delivered 2 days early! As the message said: Thinking of you today, I was a bit disappointed with that aspect of the service. Flowers, I am led to believe, are lovely.”

“Good looking flowers that the girlfriend loved, really good delivery too - only complaint was that the bouquet was advertised with daisies, and I bought this particular one because she loves daisies, so was disappointed when they weren't in there - but all round good quality”

“Flowers were delivered on time and packaged beautifully. Only criticisms would be that I paid extra for 'extra large' but I would consider what was delivered to be standard. Anything smaller would have been very disappointing. I was expecting 'extra large' to be bigger - more of a show stopper. After receiving an image of them from the recipient they also included blue flowers which were not on the bouquet I selected. These issues make me nervous about purchasing again.”

“The flowers were just as beautiful as in the pictures and my girlfriend loved them and they're still going strong :) Only disappointment was the card which i requested was not in the box nor was it attached to the flowers. Had to pass on the message to my girlfriend personally. The card would've been a great touch...”

“Feedback from my friend who received the flowers: very special and beautiful bouquet! The delivery did not go very smooth though. The flowers were left at the post office (???) and my friend could only collect them three days later. What a pity for such beautiful flowers! Why not leave the flowers at one of the many neighbours?”

“Nice looking flowers and the girlfriend loved them. Delivered on the correct date and even earlier than I had predicted so that was good. Only complaint is that I bought the specific bouquet because it contained daisies and the Mrs loves daisies, but when I saw it I was very disappointed as they weren't the same daisies in the picture (if they were daisies at all) and there was nowhere near as many as displayed. Felt a bit false advertised, but she loved them anyway.”

“The flowers arrived not damaged and on time. However when I placed the order online, Once it had been processed the first name of the recipient was excluded. Was just miss then surname.”

“I did not receive the flowers but heard from the recipient that these were very nice. I am still waiting to receive a receipt for my purchase since this was made on my corporate credit card. Please send this to marjory.harris@biofilm.co.uk”
