“Lovely flowers. Requested delivery for the Friday but didn't arrive until the Saturday. No notification to this effect so friend stayed in all day for nothing.”

“The flowers were lovely but they didn't arrive on the day they were supposed to. Luckily they followed the delivery instructions and left them with a neighbour when they were delivered.”

“Great bouqets, very lovely website - although I had some difficulty with the booking process. I was charged extra for "Timed Delivery", although I have ordered a next-day delivery. When I tried to figure out why I am being charged more, there was no answer to be found on the site. So, albeit beautiful and elegant, the site is not 100% user-friendly. Also, the wording of the accompanying card was messed up - that could be due to the use of foreign letters - but it still caused some confusion on the recipient's behalf. Anyway, altogether still had a very good experience with Appleyard. Thanks, Juli”

“Thank you for the delivery of my order - the flowers were delivered exactly as specified which was great. We ordered the large bunch and were quite surprised by their size as we expected them to be bigger. However overall they were gorgeous flowers and very nicely arranged.”

“Beautiful roses well rapped so didnot get damaged and they lasted long. Only down side is the courier came late in the afternoon so could not set up the surprise that I wanted before my wife came back home so would be good if could do AM or PM slot Regards”

“Not seen the flowers myself, however the recipient was most impressed. Delivery was prompt, I received tx updates throughout. Packaging was excellent, The Bouquet had beautiful flowers with fresh with foliage. My Aunt said similar to a wedding Bouquet. She was thrilled.”
