“Flowers were really beautiful, however the vase was really disappointing - far too narrow at the top, so do not do the flowers justice at all. We had to ditch that vase and use a jug and then the flowers looked much better. The picture of the vase on your website seemed quite different from the vase in reality.”

“Lovely flowers. Delivered on the right day (my sisters 30th) mostly alright after over a week now. But I wouldn't say they are worth the price. But saying that I would consider apple yard again. Thanks”

“I was very happy with the user experience of the Appleyard website, it was easy to navigate and purchase flowers. The only piece of feedback I would give is that as it was a company purchase, it would be good to send an immediate receipt to the email address given for expense purposes. But when I emailed the customer service team they did send the receipt through promptly. Thanks Rachael”

“Couldn't fault the service, ordered at 4.45 on Friday afternoon and the orchid was delivered the following Saturday morning. The recipient was very pleased with the orchid, and having seen a photo, the plant looked healthy with lots of buds still to open. I'm hoping the buds do indeed open and don't drop off as most are very tightly closed with only one open flower, so not that initial wow one would get with a more flowering orchid. However, the pot it was delivered in was different to the picture on the website (and not so nice in my opinion). Would have given 5 stars otherwise.”

“Lovely flowers, sent as a surprise thank you. Received on time and beautifully boxed. If I have one suggestion it would be to add a few more stems to the smaller bouquets? £26 is quite a lot of money and the bouquet I saw did look a little on the mean side.”

“I was happy with the bunch, I got the large, my only criticism was that as the lillies were sent closed thwy would not open until the roses were past their best. Oh and don't get the small as large wasn't huge :-/ Otherwise fine, thanks”

“Overall it was a good experience, but I do have a concern. Why you are not asking for the phone number of the recipient? What if he is not home, are you going to come to his house several times? All other websites always ask for the phone number, and make sure to deliver flowers after verifying that there is somebody in the house . Thank you, Eleonora.”

“Flowers arrived in the time indicated to me and were very well received. 3 days later, they are already wilting a bit despite proper care, so I'm hoping they last a bit longer! A very beautiful arrangement, but hope they give enjoyment for at least a week - fingers crossed!”

“Easy to order & flowers were lovely. Need to clarify the website : The customer does NOT choose the delivery slot ! The courier company advise on the day of delivery what time they expect to arrive if you wish to change this they charge you....even though you already paid the flower company. Very misleading!”
