“I ordered the large flowers which where a mix of roses, lollies, spray and a blue flower. In the picture they looked like they were more in the bouquet than their was in when they arrived. The flowers are beautiful the roses are lovely.”

“Would not order again for Royal Mail delivery. friend was out and due to bank holiday flowers were not received for 3 days. shame as she said they were lovely.”

“One of the reasons we chose this supplier was because the website said "7 day freshness guaranteed". We bought one of the most expensive bouquets. The flowers were lovely and delivered on the nominated day, but it was very disappointing that they that they started going droopy and brown after 4 days.”

“Easy site to get around. The flowers ordered were delivered a day later than I expected-which meant that the recipient was not home and had to pick up thr flowers the following day. So flowers not quite as fresh as I would have expected them to be on arrival.”

“The flowers are always beautiful. On this particular occasion, I was disappointed that the delivery date could not be changed 3/4 days prior to Mother's Day. I understand that this was due to the order already being processed, however, I feel that 3/4 days notice should have been sufficient.”

“I love using Appleyard flowers as their flower quality is excellent, ordering system easy to use and postal service has never let me down yet. The only reason I haven't gone for the Very Good rating this time is because the bouquet is a little smaller in real life than pictured on the website.”

“I really wanted to give 'very good'. I sent flowers to both my mother and god mother. Both bouquets were beautiful which was great news. However, despite following the enclosed instructions, the flowers have not lasted very long at all. My mother received hers on Saturday and most of them are already wilted. My godmother received hers a couple of weeks ago and they lasted three days before needed to be thrown out which was quite disappointing. I'm sorry because I really wanted to give a more positive review. My husband sent me a bouquet through Appleyard a few weeks ago and these did last better - just over a week.”

“I ordered two bouquets for two different people - tehy were both over the moon with the flowers and how well presented they were. The deliveries were made as promised and I was kept informed of the delivery. My one issue is that one recipient couldn't find a card at all (indicating who the flowers were from) and the other recipient struggled to find the gift card but did so eventually! Fabulous flowers, excellent delivery service but please make the gift cards more obvious!”
