“Sunflowers did not cope in transit due to the current heatwave but a replacement has been swiftly organised by Appleyard's excellent customer service. That's the mark of excellent service really, how a company responds when things don't quite go as expected. I'm very happy to continue buying from Appleyard as this wasn't my first bouquet from them and this hiccough is not going to stop me.”

“Very pleased to receive flowers, Prosecco and chocolates on our wedding anniversary from my son and daughter in law. The Prosecco was very nice, the chocolates were nothing special and could have come from any run of the mill supermarket but after just 24 hours of arriving the flowers had to be binned, please see attached photograph and don’t waste your money. Unfortunately this site won’t allow me to upload photos.”

“I have not given full marks because if there is a problem, there is no one in person to speak to. Anbautomatemate on computer dosent count for me. Otherwise the bouquets have always been beautiful.”
