“Arrived dead the day after mother’s day despite me paying £19.99 for guaranteed delivery. Spoke to customer service about a refund and was told I’d hear back within 48 hours - that was 3 days ago.”

“I must say I was apprehensive about ordering an orchid plant online, it was last minute for my mums birthday, i was abroad couldn't get to the usual flower shop, had reservations aboit the quality etc what I got was exactly the same as the photo amd what was promised, rapid delivery healthy plant thank you will use again”

“I bought flowers as a Mothers Day gift. Two days later the flowers were withered and wilting. To top it off, the delivery driver just dumped them round the side of the house and didn't bother knocking. Luckily, I was at the property as my mum is disabled and she wouldn't have been able to go out and get them. I also gave the driver a telling off. Utter garbage and I'll be going elsewhere in future.”

“Flowers arrived on time and were mostly ok but a little crushed with a couple of heads broken off. I think Appleyard need to review how they package the flowers - especially something to protect the top of the flowers.”

“I received a very large bunch of daffodils on Sat 22nd March at 1.30 pm ; they were a Mother’s Day gift from my family. I trimmed the ends of the stems and placed them in water straight away. By Monday they had failed to open, I have taken two photos of them since as they have wilted and failed to open . I’m very disappointed and upset. My son will use the photos as evidence to claim refund .”

“I am a recipient of Appleyard Flowers on 31/3/25. However this morning 2/4/25 I woke to find dead peach spray roses!! Aghast from a sad recipient of Mother’s Day flowers although they came a day late. All instructions followed and happiness reigns with rest of bouquet. Please note previous deliveries were healthy living flowers for a good week plus with repeated water refreshments! Just wanted to share with Appleyard Flowers and not go through my daughter who would be upset to know this especially as she’s purchased a three-month subscription! Lola I’ve tried downloading a photo of dead roses but your system doesn’t allow me too!”
