“Arrived on time Customer liked Good communication as I forgot to put sender name on order”

“I live in the US and ordered flowers for my sister's 50th birthday using Appleyard's expedited delivery. I received an email at the eod of the day of delivery that the flowers were not delivered and that they could not guarantee delivery the next day either! I emailed back asking about how they would mitigate the situation and have not heard back from them. Very, very disappointing customer service!! I will not be using them again.”

“Product was as far as we know good but we paid extra for the 2 hour delivery slot option and expected to be able to select a 2 hour slot. What actually happened was at 9:15 on the day we were told that they would be delivered between 14:34 and 16:34. The sort of service you frequently get as standard with Amazon deliveries.”
