“Flowers and price are good for the high quality. Thank you. The delivery service to my area in the Midlands is YODEL, who delivered the flowers quite late on the afternoon of the birthday. Nevertheless the Birthday girl was delighted. Max resolve the delivery problem for me. Thank you for the personal attention.”

“Excellent flowers and customer service. Courier left the first bouquet a long way from the delivery address, meaning it wasn't found for days. Appleyard's great customer service team remedied the situation by sending a replacement, the autumnal colours are even more stunning than the photos.”
