My communications were ignored soon as they had my payment. Flowers were mediocre and most certainly not worth the advertised price of £50. I had a 50% off voucher via the RHS but quite frankly they shouldn't be promoting a second rate service.

They were pretty when they came, but died after 3 days. My mum got 3 other sets of flowers that cost less money and are still alive 10 days later, I am extremely disappointed

Purchased the 'Rosebud' chic (for an extra £5!) for my mum for Mother's Day. They were delivered promptly and packaged well so I had high hopes, they even looked nice when she opened them! But thats where the good feedback stops. After 2 days the white flowers had died, the following day the roses all died and its been 9 days since and the lilys have yet to flower. So disappointed and thoroughly upset. When ordering them online you are promised 'Our team are dedicated to ensuring that we source only the finest quality, seasonal flower heads and stems so that they stay fresh for a minimum of 7 days'. Quite clearly this is not the case and I will not be ordering again, nor do I recommend them to anyone else.

A few beautiful flowers in the bouquet but we were really disappointed as it did not meet expectations and the bouquet was not as big as, nor resemble, the picture on the website at all - the flowers were different to those expectated. Would not be able to buy from Appleyard flowers again, sorry.

Flowers that I ordered for my mum on Mother's Day were already wilting when they arrived and a lot worse the following day. Emailed Appleyard and it took them almost a week to reply and offer a replacement, I replied to the email to say please send them straight away and I have heard anything to confirm 24 hrs later. Hope they arrive soon so she can enjoy her second bunch of flowers. Kelly

I ordered an extra large bouquet and the flowers that arrived were a regular at best. They also began to wilt after 2 days and has died within 5. Not a great birthday present and not a good experience, won't be using Applewood again.

Rose petals where black on top and some where broken, also box was left out in the rain, never knocked on my front door.. Was told never to order flowers online, next year I will go and pick up from a florist!

I ordered flowers to be delivered, paying extra for them to be delivered on a particular day. The flowers did not arrive. When I called you your customer service line your service agent was very good, quickly telling me that it looked like the bouquet had gone missing. He quickly offered a full refund and for the flowers to be re-sent, this time as a larger size. The further issue was the the flowers were only able to be sent on the next working day, and when I did see the flowers myself it was obvious that they were not a larger size bouquet that I had been promised. When I questioned the recipient they told me the flowers arrived by post - I suspect if a courier had been used the replacement flowers could have been delivered on the requested date. The flowers were nice and impressed the recipient

Flowers were apparently very lovely and arrived promptly. Because it was Valentine's Day I think the roses used were already pretty much in full bloom and then started to die a few days later, so they didn't stick around for long at all. I also wrote a personalised note to go along with the flowers and that was nowhere to be found, which was really disappointing. Overall they did the job. Not worth £50 though unfortunately. I'm sure the standards are usually better in the off season.

I ordered a bouquet of flowers for the weeding day of my best friend. I wanted to surprise her, and I sent it to her apartment the day of her wedding. The problem was that in the website the bouquet picture include a lovely pot. We saw the reviews and no one mentioned anywhere that the flowers doesn't bring the pot, neither in the description. Based on the price of the flowers, we were expecting as they are display in te picture because they weren't a clear message or alert during the cashing out mentioning that the pot isn't include. Very dissaponting service, it's super expensive, basically I just paid £54 for a bouquet of 2 roses and others Kind of flowers. The all website is misleading and I won't buy anymore there

I was disappointed with my flowers as I don't believe they were a very good representation of the cost. I was slightly embarrassed as they were a present for someone, and I felt that they lacked a wow factor - it appeared to the recipient that I had paid less for them than I actually had, which was extremely disappointing. I will not be recommending Appleyard to any of my friends and will not be buying through them again.

My wife received a very disappointing bouquet for Valentines - only 6 roses and some foliage for 46 pounds. To their credit Appleyard did give us a refund, but only after i chased them three or four times and it doesn't make up for the fact that my surprise was slightly ruined.

Nothing like your website photos, I paid allot for the 100 roses and was just not happy with the quality. 2 broken stems and 4 roses had ripped petals. I would understand if they were £20-30 bouquet but these weren't. I won't be ordering from you again unfortunately. I was going complain earlier but the missus said not to bother, I wouldn't gain anything from doing so. Have a great day!

The flowers were lovely for just a day or 2 then died very quickly, the vase that was ordered to be delivered with them did not turn up - yes I had a refund for this, but no apology - so not very impressed

While delivery time and date were met perfectly - Sunday delivery, where other florists didn't offer it - within 3 days of delivery, around 75% of the blooms were dead or dying. This hasn't been the case with other florists in the past, so I'll probably not use Appleyard again.

My second time purchased flower here. First time wasn't too bad, it looks floris. But at this time, volume of flower is very less, I purchased the punch for Valentine, some flower became blossom FIVE DAY LATER, when roses already dead! It just barely break my girlfriend. For your future, you need to deeply consider it before you click to buy.

Hi. I did email straight after the flowers were delivered. I chose a bluebell bouquet and there was no bluebells in the bouquet. If the flowers are not available i think customers should be given a choice if they want to choose another bouquet or not. No one has replied to my email. Disappointing im afraid
