“Ordered 2 items in advance to be delivered 23rd December. One arrived on time, i chased the 2nd item and received an apology and that item would arrive on 24th. It never came. Was refunded but thats not the point. Hatbox was ordered for my Nan xmas table. Very dissapointed especially after i chased them up to ensure delivery.”

“Excellent flowers and excellent service, again. Ordered a Christmas bouquet for delivery on 22nd December, arrived on time and in excellent condition. Flowers still look great on 31st December. Have used Appleyard for years and will definitely use them again.”
