“Excellent flowers and customer service. Courier left the first bouquet a long way from the delivery address, meaning it wasn't found for days. Appleyard's great customer service team remedied the situation by sending a replacement, the autumnal colours are even more stunning than the photos.”

“Ordering online experience was fast and painless, and reasonably priced. The delivery was pretty quick, lovely flowers. I would have given 5 stars if not for the poor handling of the flowers upon delivery, it was left upside-down at our mailbox and not at our doorstep as requested. Good thing was that the packaging held, and it was all in good condition.”
