“Great flowers but delivery was poor. Just left at the gate on the drive, not a door or porch to the property. The flowers were not discovered for two days, after the recipient's birthday.”

“Avoid their subscription service. I joined in 2021 and have discovered in 2025 they have been charging me every year without any notice or any pre-contract information which they are legally obliged to provide. They have no complaints information on their website and are not replying to e-mails. So expect them to charge you for many years once they have your card details and there is no way of redress.”

“The most beautiful bunch of flowers full of colour, sparkle and elegance and scent arrived just before Christmas. As well as equally as amazing chocolates hand made in Winchester and a bottle of Prosecco (we are saving that!). The flowers still look fabulous today nearly a month later. In future we will always order with Appleyard London.”

“The recipient tells me that the flowers are lovely, and I realise that you cannot guarantee delivery times, but I am disappointed that the delivery was at 8.50pm and left in my friend’s porch as I assumed that would only happen if they were out.”
