Really disappointed once again with flowers bought on line, I have before ordered from Interflora and on two occasions the containers that the flowers were in were damaged. So I thought I would give Appleyard Flowers a try. 1st of all I did not think they were value for money and also before the week was out all the Petals had fallen off the roses, and I had to go out and buy a bouquet from our local supermarket and they are still as good now as when got them. So I will not be ordering any more Flowers on Line. Frances Unsworth Lancaster.

The flowers were already starting to wilt when my mother received them, and obviously didn't last very long at all! Won't be returning to the website to buy flowers in the future, what a shame!

i had flowers "made bigger" for mothers day, spent over £100 on 3 bouquets and they looked pathetic! nothing like the photos on the internet. died within a week whereas a £10 bunch i got from the local petrol station were still nice 3 weeks later. I wrote an email complaining which i had a response saying they would reply within 24 hours and that was from the day after mothers day, still not heard anything back. Poor flowers, poor customer services! I was really embarrassed as 2 lots of these flowers were for my new mother in law and step mother in law and it was a really awkward thank you from them, because they were so rubbish!

I requested for my flowers to be delivered by a certain day because a friend was going out of town. These flowers didn't arrive at all and so my friend didn't receive this gift and when I spoke to customer service rep who said they would be re-sent on Tuesday, March 15th and these never arrived either.

I was recommended Appleyard by a group on Facebook and thought I would give them a go as flowers can be either really good or really bad. Unfortunately on this occasion it was the latter! The bouquet I ordered for my lovely mum looked nothing like the picture. The daises were all dead and the bouquet only lasted two days! She only told me this over the weekend as she hadnt wanted to upset me! The bouquet was not cheap and I have to say I was very disappointed and I wont be using you again. I hate complaining but as this just popped up in my inbox I felt compelled to reply.

Overall very disappointed, although the flowers were delivered as arranged the quality was not what I was expecting. The flowers looked tired with some not even opening before dying back. I have used Appleyard before, however, given the amount of money spent on this occasion verses what I received I am unlikely to place any subsequent orders.

Very disappointed with this product. The roses and carnations were brown around the edges when my mother received the flowers and the lilies took a week to come out. Also, some of the lilies didn't open at all.

I was disappointed with the quality of the bouquet ordered for a mothers day gift - the roses in particular were particularly brown and aged. I wrote to appleyard regarding this but to date, two weeks later, have still not had a response.

Flowers turned up dry and looked nothing like what they looked like on the website. I sent an email of complaint and only got an email back 2 weeks later.

Delivered without personalised message. Promised chocolates as compensation but haven't delivered them. Really disappointed.

I was so disappointed with both of the two bouquets I ordered. One had roses that went over very quickly and the other one just looked dead on arrival. Very poor indeed and will never use again.

I ordered flowers for Mother's Day and my mum opened them in front of my I was mortified to see the roses and lilies were so badly bruised and battered they looked half dead the wrapping was scratched and scrunched up and despite sending a complaint to Appleyard via email with photos attached I have had no reply. Extremely disappointing considering the company claims to provide 'luxury' flowers, I would have been better off buying from a super market.

I was very dissatisfied with the flowers my mother in law received. Mouldy stems and brown petals. What a let down. To top it off I have complained twice and it hasn't even been acknowledged!

Ordered flowers for Mothers Day. Poor flowers. Arrived having to remove most of the petals. Flowers lasted only a few days.

Flowers arrived almost dead on Mother's Day! My mum didn't want to complain, but same happened year before! Will definitely not be using again

The flowers didn't last very long, nowhere near as long as other online flower sellers. One of the heads fell off in the first day and some of the flowers didn't even open.

Flowers were delivered with some heads missing and were low quality for the money. I wrote to complain and didn't receive a reply.

Still awaiting a response from my complaint. Flowers arrived, whilst they were reasonably healthy (they lasted 6 days before being put in the compost bin) they were not hand arranged, they were grouped together and looked nothing like the image in the website. They also didn't arrive in the jug that I paid for. I was happy to pay £60+ for a lovely bunch of flowers but what arrived wasn't worth £25. I could've done a better job myself with supermarket flowers. Disgusted that I haven't had a response to my complaint made over w week ago. Disappointed with the product. Wouldn't shop at Appleyard or recommend.

I recently wrote an e mail regarding my order that I got for my mum for mothers day and never heard anything back. For the price they were they were terrible. Only 5 roses a few lillies and the rest greenery disgraceful. I took a photo of them in case you wanted evidence. Kim
