Flowers failed to arrive for Mother’s Day! Utterly useless and no way to speak to an actual person to seem a refund. £62.00 wasted and a disappointed Mum on Mother's day. Do not use this service.

My partner has shopped with your company many time & has spent thousands, as you can see from his order history. He put his faith in you this time & to say you've failed isn't an adequate description. He paid a fortune for 1 of your most expensive bouquets & paid for delivery Fri, you suddenly changed it to Sun with zero explanation. It's now Tues, still no flowers & zero response to multiple emails that have been sent. I would have added a photo but seeing as the flowers haven't even arrived, that's impossible. 1 thing I can guarantee, you've lost a valuable customer

I received flowers for mother's day and, by Sunday I had to throw them away, didn't tell my son he would be so disappointed.h have a photo of first day but not sure how to send it.

Normally I receive absolutely beautiful flowers, however sadly for Mother's Day this year they were really disappointing. I normally go for something with lilys however this time I went different and selected the 'English Garden'. I don't know whether its because I ordered so far in advance but the roses were already wilting by the time it arrived. They arrived 3pm Friday and by 3pm Saturday they were wilting, losing petals and I had to separate the bouquet into two vases to try and bulk it out with other flowers from a supermarket. Really not the normal standard and thank goodness I had a discount but still really dissapointing for the price

Sad that of seven roses in the bunch, one was broken, another is brown at the stem and dropping petals, a third drooping on the day after arrival. Shame - the flowers only arrived yesterday and I did everything as instructed. Sad.

Flowers ordered for Mother's Day never arrived and impossible to track via their website or Royal Mail which apparently was the delivery method. Impossible to get any interaction with the company, other than a holding message on email stating they are really busy will be in touch soon - this is 4pm the following day! Appleyard did eventually get in touch and gave a full refund plus replacement bouquet, but this does little to compensate a ruined Mother’s Day gift where the value relies on it being delivered on the day as promised.

Paid for guaranteed delivery pre 2 pm on Mother’s Day. Nothing flowers have arrived, tried contacting on the day, no response as they don’t work weekends. Tried this morning, only reply from a Virtual assistant. No phone number to call, really not happy. Just want my money back asap

After a horrendous experience in the past with this company I decided to try them again. I shouldn’t have bothered! The flowers I ordered for Mothers Day did not arrive despite paying for a Saturday delivery, anticipating Sunday would be a busy day for deliveries. Over priced flowers. Pointless additional fees for next day express delivery. Undelivered flowers. I won’t be using Cr-appleyard again!!

Dreadful. Dying/dead flowers delivered to my 80 y.o. mother this week. Why bother? Should have used a trusted provider.... I would have given no stars but, apparently, the packaging was nice. Never again.

First time I've used these and last! Ordered flowers in Thursday for Mothers day, actually ordered them for Sat delivery but let me down No worries I thought as it was for the Sunday anyway, didn't deliver then either. Zero communication on Sunday just an automated email response. Utterly disgusted and for Mothers day as well (of which mine is battling cancer) I will demanding a full refund immediately and avoid this lot and stick to Interflora or someone way more reputable!!

Flowers did not arrive - I ordered them 3 days ago and paid £100! They were meant to be delivered to my address for Mothers Day and I even paid extra to get guaranteed delivery by 1pm. I really wanted to surprise my mum so I’m incredibly disappointed. Order number: 600513059

Sadly the daffodils that my son ordered for his mother for Mother’s Day are not good at all. They arrived Wednesday and didn’t look good when unpacking them and they are just about dead today. (Saturday) . The bunches I bought from M&S are still going strong. Maybe the gifted daffodils are just in transit too long or not the best choice for shipping

Ordered flowers and paid extra for the bigger size. When they arrived they looked nothing like in the photo. What I got was a few extra green leaves. Please see attached photos of what I should have received and what was actually delivered.. Contacted customer services and they really could not care any less…. Avoid.

Low quality flowers that are priced way too high. Delivery arrived at 9pm in a dented box with a lot of the flowers ruined. The only delivery note I wrote was to only drop at address. The yodel delivery driver dropped it and a Neighbourgh’s as they didn’t want to wait for my disabled mother to get to the door. Premium flower company using yodel is a joke. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. Just another company that is not worth the hype !!!I

Ordered a £118 bouquet of flowers. What arrived was nothing better than what you would expect from a petrol station. I have had no reply from Appleyard. I was so embarrassed when I turned up to the persons house who I sent the flowers too. The bouquet looks nothing like the flowers I ordered and paid for. Buyers of flowers be warned !

A recurring flower order for a friend's birthday did not show up this past Friday. I contacted the delivery service Yodel and Appleyard London asking for an update. Two days have passed and I have not had response from either company. This was after a poor deliver service for the recurring flower order the month before where they delivered the flowers after 22:00 and left them on the front walkway where someone could have come along and taken the delivery. The only way to contact the company is via email or chat and chat is not available on the weekends. Please proceed cautiously when order from this company.

Delivered after 9pm by a Yodel delivery driver in a box that was badly dented. All this money on flowers and they delivery them that late. A premium flower company using Yodel is a joke, no wonder the box was dented so bad. 6/50 flowers ordered wear ruined. Never will I ever use this company again.
