“The flowers arrive well packaged and safe in an upright box, flower heads were open and lush in colour, fresh as the day they were picked. Very happy with this purchase and Appleyard will be my new flower provider moving forward for special occasions (for the wife lol). Would recommend. (Image was taken 3 days after receipt and they are still fresh as day one).”

“My son who lives in the USA sent me some flowers and they were just so beautiful. The quality of the flowers was amazing and they lasted 16 days. I will always use Appleyard in the future. Just a great product.”

“Overall I was pleased with the service from Appleyard. Less pleasing was the fact that Yodel delivered the flowers at 10.15pm, when the recipient was getting ready for bed! I was tracking the package and had to telephone my friend to warn her she would be getting a delivery late at night, so therefore the surprise element was completely ruined. The rating is therefore not as high as it would have been, had the flowers been delivered at a reasonable time.”

“Received a lily and rose boutique from a friend only three days ago and rose heads are dropped, never bloomed. The lilys are very bad quality, some still blooming but those that have are not pretty at all. Bouquet is unattractive and poor quality flowers.”

“Horrific service for overpriced premium flowers! Ordered for Valentine’s Day expecting a normal delivery and yet received flowers worth almost £200 late at night left behind a bin. Not acceptable. Even worse the customer is slow, unresponsive and couldn’t care less. Looked great on paper, couldn’t deliver. Avoid.”

“Hugely disappointed on receipt, damaged bouquet and customer services completely unresponsive, even though have attempted to contact them for over an hour. The flowers themselves smell bad as well and have ended in the bin within an hour of receiving them. Valentine's Day ruined.”
