“Disappointment with Recent Flower Order Dear Appleyard I hope you're doing well. I recently received the flowers I ordered, and unfortunately, I was quite disappointed with them. They were very different from what was shown in the picture, both in terms of color and size. “Timely delivery and the flowers were well taken care of during packing. The flowers also looked as majestic as they showed on the site. The only thing I wish was they provided more food for the flowers (eg. a second pouch to use after 48 hours) to keep them fresher for longer.”

“The flowers were delivered one day later (on Feb 11th instead of Feb 10th, which was the birthday of my daughter). In addition, the flowers were not in good shape, did not look fresh and last few days. I have tried to register my complaint and ask for the 100% guarantee redeem, and it does not work. I hope that next time the service works better, in previous experiences everything was OK.”
