“Ordering online experience was fast and painless, and reasonably priced. The delivery was pretty quick, lovely flowers. I would have given 5 stars if not for the poor handling of the flowers upon delivery, it was left upside-down at our mailbox and not at our doorstep as requested. Good thing was that the packaging held, and it was all in good condition.”

“Flowers were not fresh, I complained and they did nothing. Clearly not 100% guaranteed! The box got delivered on his side while it clearly said stay up ! Customer service didn't care . Not good enough”

“I ordered some flowers & prosecco for my friends 70th birthday. She messaged me a couple of days later to tell me how beautiful the flowers were I sent her. She has 16 vases of flowers for her birthday and the ones from you smelt the best and we're the freshest. In fact she made a point of telling me to use Appleyard again.”
