“The original order arrived in time but unfortunately the flowers were old and almost dying. The petals were brown and leaves crispy and curling. I contacted Appleyard to complain and they sent another bouquet next day delivery and gave £15 credit which I thought was nice of them.”

“I brought a bouquet for my Nan's 87th birthday, she was thrilled with the stunning arrangement. The only reason I scored it four stars, the delivered flowers did not include the personalised message I had written so my Nan was left with a mystery gift!”

“The bouquets are really beautiful and well crafted. The flowers are delivered fresh and it makes all the difference compared to huge flower shops. (Very) small detail, the tracked deliveries are nice but won't tell you the delivery time slot until a few hours before, could be improved.”

“Lovely selection of flowers but unclear detail on whether they came with vases etc. Confusing picture/pictures of the actual selection made. Also got stuck on delivery dates on calendar and it defaulted to £9.99 charge whether this was required or not.The difference between the three sizes needs to be clearer”

“I have sent flowers from Appleyard to several friends, and always had lovely comments. I love the modern bunches with beautiful combinations of flowers and colours. This time I ordered the flowers to come to me as I was presenting them to someone leaving work. I have to say I was a bit disappointed. I had upgraded to 'chic' size, and I thought the bunch looked rather small for the price. Then the Agapanthus flowers started to drop off, so there wasn't much left when I did present them!”

“Ordering didn't make me happy Twice I have tried on separation occasions with great difficulty putting the order through. I sent a e mail explaining I couldn't see if payment meant had gone through with no reply so I had to order from another florists. Surley communication and reply should be a priority”
