“Annoying that the special instructions delivery choices cannot be tailored, eg with free text box to ensure that if the main recipient is not there, the delivery person has clear instructions about the next best option.”

“Never ever received flowers boxed before and I was thrilled! The roses were in bud and over the few days they opened. Beautiful.! I have now dried them to keep as a special reminder of my 70th birthday with flowers from my Daughter which were sent boxed from APPLEYARD. Thankyou...Kris”

“Flower options look great but your site is really hard to make a purchase. Took me three attempts trying to use PayPal and only succeeded when I changed it to Visa. I use PayPal often. Thought I had sent my Mum these flowers several days ago and only when she never received them did I find out the order hadn't gone through and had to start over”

“I have ordered flowers a couple of times now, I have found it easy and straightforward to order online. Both times the deliveries arrived on time and it's nice to be kept up to date with a text. The flowers are beautiful with some still in bud. Both recipients have been delighted with their flowers. I wouldn't hesitate to order from Appleyard again and again.”

“Easy and convient for sending flowers from overseas. However the last plant I sent was shown to be full and round and when arrived had a dent in one side. We had to put that side against the wall to hide it. Was a bit disappointed with the quality.”
