“The website is interactive and has a lot of options with a lot of combinations that attracted my attention. Constant and timely emails about discounts (though I have never used the discount code) keep reminding me of Appleyard. I think that what apple yard can do to make my experience better is to offer a customisable bouquet option.”

“Usually they arrive well presented, in bud and have a long life, so the recipient enjoys the gift for as long as possible. Easy to order, like the delivery updates etc.”

“The bouquet was beautiful, particularly liked the addition of lavender to the Peonies would highly recommend. I am glad it wasn't important on the colour as the Peonies were white and not pink as per the picture. I would have liked to know if/when the same day London delivery was coming back (rang helpline who didn't know either), but in the end managed to keep the delivery as it was the following day. The flowers were gorgeous”

“Overall I have always had a good experience with Appleyard Flowers. The last order I made was not great, the flowers died within a couple of days, however after speaking with them they have offered to send a replacement bouquet which I expect will be up to the high quality I usually receive from them.”

“Lovely flowers, have lasted quite a while. Delivery was quick but had a couple of issues with DPD - advised they had delivered but hadn't. Although nothing to do with Appleyard!”

“Your flowers are beautiful, but the couriers you use are terrible. I ordered myself some flowers for a Saturday delivery and they tried to deliver to the local tennis club (5 streets away) rather than my home. As a result they deferred the delivery to Sunday, but couldn't deliver as the bike race was on. Needless to say when the flowers arrived they were almost dead (after 3 days without real water). This was the second delivery that had this type of story associated with the delivery. As I have already stated, your flowers are beautiful and the customer service team are fantastic.”

“The flowers were beautifully packaged in the appleyard print box and made the perfect gift. The only fault was that within the bouquet the roses did not last more than 5 days as the majority were already open with the rest of the flowers still in bud”
