“Flowers were fantastic, but with delivery to places of work, could I recommend a water bowl device in the bottom like you get from M&S or Next to keep the flowers well fed until you can get them home and into a vase.”

“I bought these flowers for one of my close friends birthday. She absolutely loved them. She also sent me a picture of the flowers and they exactly resembled the picture of the flowers I had selected on the website. I often worry about purchasing flowers online because I have had occasions where they don't resemble the picture but I don't have to worry with Appleyard and I shall definitely be purchasing future flowers from yourselves. Thank you”

“Beautiful flowers and excellent service. I have used Appleyard twice now and I've been happy with the service on both occasions. I chose them because of the beautiful flower combinations that really stood out compared to other florists. I thought the upgrades would be a little bigger but apart from that I'm happy.”

“Your flower arrangements are first class, and have been admired by many friends. Sadly your admin and delivery arrangements are not so hot. The first order came a day early and the second a day late. I will use you again but you do need to improve your on your delivery timings. In the case of the second delivery which was to my home, I changed the date and advised you accordingly. We ended up getting two bouquets on two different days. We were not charged for two, but it could not have helped your profitability!”
