“I ordered a letterbox delivery from Appleyard, which was okay although they seemed a little sad until in water. In comparison we had a delivery of flowers from another provider, but still via overnight courier that were more vibrant and healthy looking. Therefore I think this could be dealt with better, plus there’s no way that my postman would have attempted to push that box through our letterbox. Having said all of the above, the flowers were beautiful with the mixture of wild and natural looking flowers with ornate garden type flowers a delight. Also, with the credit I had and an offer code they were affordable which meant I was able to order them as an extra”

“Great products but was a day delay on delivery due to popularity of the bouquet chosen - informed after delivery had paid. Luckily I had ordered enough in advance that the birthday flowers arrived just in time.”

“Flowers were beautiful although some damaged , box did not have a sign to store upright which meant roses were delivered up side down and water seeping into blossoms . Will need to stress this doesn’t Happ when I order them again!!”

“Very easy service to use, and all but one of the twelve deliveries arrived on the specified date. Quality is normally very good, however we had two instances where that wasn't the case and I had to raise it with Appleyard - they were very responsive and arranged a replacement bouquet for the following day.”

“I seemed to have ordered 2 as could not explain cost. 2 arrived. My cousin was thrilled with present but I think you must make it clearer on statement. I have accepted the 2.”
