“Easy to order on line the only problem was the message was incomplete so the people they were for didn’t know who it was from. When we weren’t thanked I presumed they hadn’t arrived but they had. In querying with Appleyard if they had been delivered I got a very quick response which was good and in the affirmative.”

“I placed the order through British Airways shopping as quality is normally good and different. The Happiness guarantee is difficult because you don't want to fuss the recipient on taking photo's to prove a point. The delivery was the issue not the quality because the service was set up to deliver up to 9:00 pm. I would look at this and restrict to latest 7:00 as if a Birthday it is likely they will go out to celebrate. Overall the recipient was happy with the quality apart from thre crythansunums not recovering. The query was handled well by Appleyard refunding the delivery charge. I have not received Avios expected for some reason as this is the secondary reason for using Appleyard. So overall not perfect but was service related not product.”

“I was disappointed that although I had paid for next day delivery, the flowers in fact turned up after 3 days. The reason being (as I found out when checking the REALLY small print) was that anything ordered on a Friday (therefore delivered on Saturday) would not be delivered until Monday. I just hope they weren't dispatched on Friday and were sitting around in a sorting office until Monday. That said, my God daughter was delighted with the flowers.”
