AWFUL courier AND customer service... Just unacceptable. Item couldn't be delivered because I was at work.. I tried to get it redelivered but they only do Mon-Fri 9-6 during when I'm at work (I know, how unreasonable of me). I tried to organise redelivery to my work address instead but apparently that can't be done since it's not in the right postcode. Oh and I can't go collect it from the depot since... well... the depot isn't anywhere near where I live. I asked if they can deliver it to my neighbours but apparently that isn't a possibility either. I tried to politely resolve the issue over the phone but they were very rude and hung up on me instead after saying 'there's nothing we can do'. Are you seriously saying that as a delivery company you aren't capable of delivering a parcel?! Do yourself a huge favour and avoid this service as much at all costs!

The first day was my fault as everyone in the house works and studies I wasn’t aware nobody would be at home. The second time two people were in the house and yet no one heard the knock. Although the flat is small and I constantly reminded everyone that a package will arrive for me. Today, I ensured my mom does not leave the house and I came home early just to be sure. After speaking to them on the phone I got told that there was two attempts made, when I’ve been running to the door every time I heared a little movement. There’s no point in lying, really needed the package for an occasion but I guess that’s not going to happen. Now have to wait till Monday and arrange for someone to sit home all day.

My first review is below, having waited in all day yesterday, today is now the second day I have not been able to work as I’ve been waiting in for this parcel to be delivered! Leanne from customer services where did you get your information from that my parcel would be delivered today!!! I’ve lost time and money once again waiting for a stupid parcel it’s an absolute JOKE the way you treat your customers. Your customer service agents are just liars clearly as I rang twice today to confirm the delivery as well as the company supplying the goods who also said they’d spoken to APC to confirm delivery today! Absolutely furious! Do not use any companies who use this delivery service!! Consignemenr Number 8852676

Waited in from 9am till 8.30pm last night for my delivery when it hadn’t showed at 8pm I called APC and spoke to wuite possibly the rudest customer service man I’ve ever had the displeasure of talking too! He refused to say anything about when my Delivery might be made and said that it’s not your APc’s prOblem they’re busy. I suggested a text message to notify me with at least notification of the day my parcel might be delivered and he said that’s ridiculous how could they do that for customers. I’d say that’s ridiculous on APCs part as every single delivery colony int he country notifies their clients of at least the day they will be delivering and the majority of the time with a time window!! My consignment number is 8852676. should anyone be bothering to help customers out! I’m So furious am I expected to wait in all day today again with no inclination whether my parcel will be delivered or not!!

they rang the doorbell and disappeared less then a minute later so we had no chance to get to the door in time. absolutely ridiculous understand its a busy time of year but this was beyond ridiculous and rude customer service with no thought as to the mobility of whom they are delivering to.

Ordered re-delivery for Friday but the driver somehow delivered it on Thursday instead, delivered to someone else that wasn't me and signed by someone else wasn't me, don't know where the parcel is....it's a mystery...

Good evening, Consignment number: 8428945 Unfortunately I write to you having suffered diabolical service, seeking resolution that I actually get the service I paid for. On Friday 1st December, we came home to find that our two packages had been attempted to be delivered - not having any kind of email or text to confirm that they were arriving at all, so we were not able to find someone to wait at the house and receive them. Upon ringing the depot to complain I had no confirmation when they would be delivered, I then had the explanation that only texts and emails went out to contact details for the receiver, that the original sender needed to include in the order. That's fine - I shall remember to include them next time. Although I personally do feel as if you need to push this information as some of us, actually have to go to work and not be indoors all day. I reassigned the delivery for today - Monday 4th December. Phoned this morning to confirm that the delivery will be attempted between 3pm and 5pm. I managed to arrange for someone to be at the house to answer the door, in which they arrived at 2:50, to find the driver had already been to the house between 2:40 - 2:50pm. Ridiculous - I understand that the time frame is only an estimation but when I go to the trouble to have someone be present at the house - I expect the delivery to be made within these times. Lastly, I phoned again - furious, and spoke to a gentlemen who currently had the driver on the phone and promptly told us he would be back at the house within 10 more minutes of 3pm. I relayed the message back to the person at the house. Arriving home at 4:30pm - not only do I find no delivery, but a very angry mother in law who has wasted an afternoon waiting around for nothing. I phone you once again and speak to Jo, who is apologetic - but the driver apparently got called off to another collection even though he was around the corner from us. He didn't bother to call back in to confirm this - knowing we were waiting for him. Neither did we receive a call from you guys to relay this. Jo then goes on to mention that we can pick this up at the depot, but neither of us drive. She's rearranged the delivery for tomorrow but my mother in law will no longer wait around to receive it. I am absolutely fuming at your sheer lack of customer service and I am disgusted that as paying customers who use you often, I still do not have my now urgent delivery. Instead of excuses, I want a resolution to my problem and frankly a written apology from a senior manager. I would like you to take this from me as a formal complaint and also understand that in no way, will I be ever using you again.

AVOID AVOID AVOID using this firm as I work 7 days a week & was expecting parcels I had a note on my door saying if wasn't home for all parcels to be left at my neighbors house but came home to a card through the door saying wasn't in phone number on card was just automated number managed to find a different number off line when checked my cctv the driver didn't even knock the door just posted the card a complaint as been made & cctv footage to be sent to them tomorrow had to have my partner to stay at my house today for it to be delivered this time it was 2 hours late & my partner nearly missed a very important appointment I've also advised the seller of the parcel I bought to change they courier

Delivery Driver didn't knock the door and just put a card straight through the door he was seen on CCTV just looking at the door then posted a card and walked away tried for ages to contact firm but had to seek alternative number to what was put on the card, my partner works 7 days a week so left a note on door if myself wasnt in to leave with next door neighbour. Was told it be delivered before 11 today and it wasn't delivered then but nearly two hours later. I waited in and almost missed a appointment because of the wait. Have made a complaint and advised the seller of my product to use a different courier

No attempted delivery or card left but I received an email stating that both had been done and to arrange redelivery.

My damaged parcel which required a signature was just left outside my front door. Someone either forged a receipt or didn’t bother to obtain one at all. Terrible service.

The Delivery driver just stood outside the door pressing the buzzer and ignoring the intercom. Apparently, he was about to walk away I just managed to run down the stairs to get the delivery. This is the second time he's done it. Rude conduct, shouldn't be working with customers

Item apparently tracked as delivered but I am sure i would notice a 6 foot hand rail standing in my house!! Yet GPS tracking states I received it so company selling product and PayPal accept this as proof........problem is whoever signed (or didn't!!) for delivery used my maiden name (as still on my email) yet I would never in a million years sign anything with this.......I am beyond furious and will not let this go

Yet again.. APC have failed...I contacted them to find out where my parcel was and they transferred me to the depot.. no one answered so I called again... that’s ok said Martin I’ll stay on the line to make sure you get through... guess what.. disconnected... guess what going home time,, the depot on the first call had evidently knocked off early and the second chap was on his way out the door... shocking treatment

paid for next day delivery that turns up to be over 2 days now no real tracking time no idea where my parcel is or whether had been an attempt to deliver it as no card left.....very very bad rang this evening the local depot and the girl told me bunch of lies,parcel was on its way for delivery tonight.....never got it.... hope i receive my parcel , i really need it will not recommend apc to nobody,best avoid

I was due to have a delivery today. We were in all day and had several other parcels delivered. At 12.44 got an email to say that delivery was attempted at 12.40 but no one was available to sign. It also said a card was left . I am still looking for the card! I don’t believe the driver did attempt to deliver. Will have to wait in another day and see if it turns up tomorrow.

Yet again I was due a delivery that allegedly came and no one was in. My flat mate was there all day as far as I am aware so that's complete nonsense. No card was left to say failed delivery therefore I suspect the driver could just not be bothered to find my address. It's the same story every time I get a parcel delivered by A PC that is never received the first time. They say they will not deliver to work address yet other companies do this as I am never at home when deliveries are made and I am not driving 40 miles to the nearest depot. Two words dim up A PC -Totally Useless
