I thought Hermes was bad but wow this win hands down took me a week to finally get my parcel delivered actually speaking to them on the phone assuring me i will get a phone call from driver which never came eventually got it delivered to a neighbor but didnt post a card through my door telling me they had done so AVOID USING THIS BUNCH OF IDIOTS WHO HAVE NO IDEA ABOUT CUSTOMER SERVICE#

Three times in a row, from different online shops, drivers not attempting delivery instead of this they just log in that delivery was refused. I have CCTV outside my property and nobody came to deliver, each time I had to pop to the depot. Pathetic and dishonest company.

No delivery received or attempted after 10 days. Sender contacted them and the parcel was located in the Abingdon depot. I just have to call the to rearrange delivery, but as nobody will answer the phone, even this is seemingly impossible.

I don't think i an explain in this little space just how bad these bloody clowns are. I have been waiting two weeks for a delivery that these asshats have delivered to the wrong address 6 times! And to make it worse the address they have tried to deliver to and have left cards at is an EMPTY BARN. Yes APC Overnight think that i run my Laser Engraving business from an empty barn with no door or electricty. The driver even took a picture of it. When i finally manged to speak to someone who had the pictures of the barn it took 8 attempts for her to take my mobile number down! 8 Attempts!! I dont care who you employ or what part of the world they are from, But if they cant understand english then dont employ to answer phones!!! AVOID THIS COMPANY LIKE THE PLAGUE!!! UTTER INCOMPETENCE!!! TOTALLY IGNORANT CALL STAFF!!! MORONS FOR DRIVERS!!!

Still trying to arrange redelivery of a parcel that was originally meant to be delivered on 21st December. We’re now 5 or 6 rearrranged deliveries down the line, I have emailed and called to ask them to leave the item in my storm doors (not a problem) and came home today to another card saying they had been unable to deliver. Utterly shambolic

Thieves!!!! I ordered some Beer from a local Brewery during the festive period. And It mysteriously disappeared. I them Phoned/ emailed no reply and no apology!

Worst delivery experience ever. Booked redelivery for December 24th, driver never showed up, phones not answering, in fact any tracking stopped at 1pm. Now APC is denying there was a redelivery attempt on the 24th, despite some screenshots and online confirmations being produced. The company then arbitrarily decided to re-deliver on the 28th, guess what - no show again! The delivery route made no sense, driver was bouncing between West Dorset towns like an unguided missile. Having just been 5 minutes away from our house the driver took his next delivery an hour away, no wonder he is unable to compete the route again and again. Customer service is completely unhelpful "I do not know if he is going to make it today".

Website easy to use, tracking location of driver and your position in the queue of deliveries is great. My order was three hours late, probably due to Christmas busy time, but being able to locate driver was a good stress reliever...on the way!!

Rude, unhelpful and couldn’t care less. Will never use this retailer as long as they use this courier. Amazon set the customer service standard and useless businesses like this deserve to go out of business. Never received item and had to ask for refund. Amateurs.

I disagree with everything on this site. i have been using APC for 11years as an online seller. delivering my parcels is a must for me as i promise an overnight delivery. All couriers have problems BUT APC are always on hand to help. the customer service is second to none and no call centers. yes there are issues but none that they dont do everything they can to resolve. i have used all the other carriers in the business and I rate APC as the best. please ignore the bad reviews on here as people are quick to point the finger.

Worst delivery APC or Team C .My first review,but that company is terable! Not leaving cards, my work opening time is from 10 morning ,but APC come before 10 and not call me,not leave to neighbor and not leave card.And when i call to depo ,that parcel been gone...

I had to leave one star as no option to leave zero. Item two arrived. Item one did not. I was told they had never received it from the sender however according to the online system it was delivered!? Shocking service and I've lost more than £100.

My friend sent me a parcel a week ago and it still hasn’t arrived. It was meant to be delivered to my work address. Upon further investigation it says it was signed by an M Davids but theres no one by that name at my workplace. So who the hell signed for it and where is my parcel?

What a bunch of thieves delivered 10 houses a long wen ther was people in tha got the parcel signed for by someone we got not card put through the door arter 4 days of waiting for it got in contact with APT and the man on the phone said go and get it ur self its half way down the road wen mi next door neighbours or all ways in so y did tha not deliver to them any way wen I went down to see if it was ther the woman who signed for it said it was picked up from her was by APT and went contact APT and no help at all and said it's mi fault????? Really what a useless delivery company

Having worst ever experience so far... My parcel was supposed to be delivered on 21-Aug-2018 but hasn't been delivered yet. No response from the courier company even after several follow-ups, it take hours to get connected to customer care number and then no clear answer.

I sent a parcel with APC through a friends account the parcel was to be sent to the Aylesford depot which covers Gravesend but my customer said he couldn't guarantee to be in so I affixed a sticker to the parcel asking for it to be held at the depot and for the depot to call the customer when it arrives. 6 days later the customer rang me to say it hadn't turned up so i called Aylesford only to be told it is not their responsibility to call the customer to let him know it had arrived for him to collect even though on the official docs for the parcel it said please see not on box. They also said that they had tried to deliver it and the guy hadn't been in but surprise surprise they hadn't left a card so he wouldn't have known again. Poor shoddy uncaring service by Nick and his team at Aylesford APC. Why should we pay for service when they don't card and don't care 1 jot about the customer. Customer Service, they wouldn't know the meaning of the statement. I used to work for APC as a private courier and would always call the customer if i was asked to as this is called Customer Service. You don't deserve to have any customers at all

One of the worst couriers I've ever come Across . Trying to ring through is like trying to teach God . Impossible . Shocking delivery service and the attitude of the delivery drivers is even worse . Was told our package was lost , then it was found . Then they sad it's damaged and if I can accept there apolgise . Don't understand why a pet cremation use these delivery couriers if I had of none of of drove there and collected my daughters cats ashes in person .
