“just a quick note to say that , while the delivery was late, it did happen eventually that day. what was frightening were the reviews which seemd to promise catastrophe. in my case, at least, i got the parcel late but on the day.”

“Appalling. The product sat with APC for over a week with no comms with the supplier or me- the client. Chased up by supplier - admitted damaged packaging and promised next day delivery - failed again, twice, finally delivered with packaging so damaged it was barely still on the product, again no comms from them to me re delivery. No apology no explanation.I'd give zero stars if possible. Avoid them like the plague whether you're a supplier or a client/ purchaser.”

“Absolutely appalling service delivered to the wrong address then parcel was just dumped there. Then the second delivery was delivered four days later ! No communication to tell us where they had left the parcel and once they were tackled regarding this they said they would get the driver to re deliver to the correct address this never happened! No phone call email to explain where the first parcel was and when the second one was to arrive wouldn’t use them ever.”

“If you are a company that wants your customers to have the worst service possible, then this is the right choice. The driver can’t find the address, takes a photo of a different door claiming it’s your address when it’s not, and when they finally attempt delivery (after a week), they leave it with a neighbor—even though you’re home—without providing the neighbor’s house number. Absolutely terrible service. When you complain, they give meaningless responses, just saying the address is hard to find, even though it’s a numbered street that any navigation app can locate. In short, terrible customer service. You pay for Next Day Delivery, and your order arrives a week later.”

“Pathetic driver didn't even attempt to deliver (vehicle reg FN71 BKD). He showed up, parked his truck blocking the entrance to the residents car park, causing neighbours to get frustrated and beep their horns, while he messed around in the back of the truck sorting through parcels, and then left without bothering to ring my bell.”

“I paid for overnight delivery, but the package ended up taking almost four days to arrive. I had to call the company myself to ask where it was. When I spoke to customer service, I was polite, yet the representative responded in an oddly patronizing tone while assuring me it would be delivered in the morning—only for me to check the tracking later and see it was scheduled for 3 PM instead. When I called again to request an earlier delivery (as I urgently needed the part for work), I was met with the same dismissive and condescending attitude. It’s frustrating enough to pay for a service that wasn’t delivered as promised, but dealing with unprofessional customer support only makes matters worse. A company of this size should take more care in how they communicate with customers and ensure their services meet the standard they advertise. Disappointing experience.”

“Review of APC Delivery Service – Unprofessional and Unreliable I am extremely disappointed with the service provided by APC. My experience has been nothing short of frustrating, marked by poor communication, unfulfilled commitments, and a complete lack of professionalism. I contacted APC at approximately 8:15 AM regarding a parcel scheduled for delivery between 11:45 AM and 1:45 PM. Since I would be at work during that time, I requested a change of delivery address to my workplace. I was informed that such a request could only be made by the sender of the goods. Understanding this, I then asked if the driver could call me when they were approximately 20 minutes away from my residence, as I only live 10 minutes from my workplace. The customer service representative assured me that this request would be accommodated. To ensure there were no issues, I left work early and was at home by 11:00 AM, well before the scheduled delivery window. I waited patiently, but by 2:30 PM, there was still no sign of my parcel. Frustrated, I contacted the company I purchased the goods from, only to be informed that my parcel had been held at APC’s depot with no attempt at delivery. The lack of communication and professionalism from APC is appalling. Not only did they fail to deliver my parcel within the promised timeframe, but they also did not inform me of any delays or issues. Had I not taken the initiative to contact the sender, I would have been left waiting indefinitely with no explanation. This level of service is completely unacceptable for a logistics company. I strongly advise others to reconsider using APC for their deliveries. Their disregard for customer time and lack of basic communication make them highly unreliable. This experience has caused unnecessary inconvenience, and I will certainly avoid using their services in the future.”

“If you thought DHL and Hermes/Evri were bad, wait until you experience APC. Had time off on Thursday to wait in for a lunchtime delivery that was subsequently changed to mid afternoon before disappearing. Literally no online information and I had to 'phone APC to find out that the driver had given up half way through his list because he was running late. Rearranged delivery for Saturday was also a couple of hours late.”

“Worst delivery company ever, I got an email saying my parcel was being delivered today, but no live tracking information. Tried contacting them to find out if it was being delivered but no one got back to me. This has happened several times over the past and I will stop purchasing from the company I buy from unless they change their delivery providers. Whenever I know APC are due to deliver something to me it makes me cringe, I only wish you could find out who is making the delivery before purchasing something as if it’s APC I’d go elsewhere.”

“Edit : the concierge told me they had not refused a delivery however I believe APC that they were sent away and told the item was to big to take in. I will speak to the concierge manager on Tuesday. So just one day of appalling service not two. Next depends what happens Tuesday. I've emailed for time of delivery so I can be home so far no response”

“I'd give them zero if I could.told my delivery time,waited in no delivery ery,phoned the depot driver be with me by 4 pm no delivery phoned depot at 5.45 driver not delivering they can't get in touch with them.call then appears phone put down on me. Fill in form for call back does not happen. Email this morning they will deliver no delivery say they made a failed attempt. I check with the conceriege where I had asked my delivery to be made they say no delivery attempted to them rescheduled to Thursday. Absolutely appealing experience”
