“Absolutely terrible company! I was expecting a delivery, but it never came! I got a text stating that a delivery attempt was made, which was false as I was sat in my front garden! I emailed Customer Service and explained what happened, she rebooked it for today, and it still hasn't been delivered! I just hope these clowns go bankrupt.”

“DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. If you order from a vendor and the word APC overnight is mentioned cancel your order immediately. I have had the misfortune three times now of dealing with these jokers. My Labrador could make a better job of picking up and fetching than this worthless excuse of a company professing to “deliver” things.”

“Worst horrendous non courier company. Do not touch with a barge pole. Card left and I rang and the man said will be back out afternoon. No one arrived. Emailed 3 times no replies then yesterday afternoon a email saying has been sent back to sender. They only had the item for one working day. Their site says we keep for three working days!! Do not use.”

Delivery instructions states to leave by the door as my area is safe, driver decided upon himself to NOT leave the package and to take it back, emailed APC and was told re delivery was the next day, Monday, waiting all day Monday and nothing. Emailed again and was told that they did not infact try and re deliver Monday and is now scheduled for Tuesday! ABSOLUTELY USELESS COMPANY. DO NOT USE THEM”

“Bad courier company, next day parcel never arrived which contained life saving vetinary equipment. Was told parcel is lost and would call me back to update...no contact...emailed twice...no reply. 1 week later they told me its now delivered and signed by me...funny as I was not home that day so a lie then got a call from my local Bus depot yard saying a parcel had been dumped here in the stores with my name and number on...half a mile away from my home!!”

“Appalling. Unable/unwilling to follow basic delivery instructions within an 8 hour window and when you complain the order is mysteriously held up at the depot. If you have to experience APC in the Solihull area you have my sympathies. Still waiting after 6 days.”

“Driver waited less than a minute before leaving a "missed you" card and driving off. Requested a re-delivery on Wednesday - came today and left another card, which is why we requested Wednesday. Now expect us to collect from their depot, which is closed at the weekend. Have therefore requested a refund from the supplier and will AVOID this company in future.”

“The driver managed to get a signature and to let the package even if nobody was there, I would call that theft but their manager would not question the driver as is not their policy , I can only claim on insurance cost Wouldn’t recommend them ,the drivers will steal your package !!!!!”

“What a completely rubbish company this is. Two weeks running now with 2 different parcels. Basically unless you stay at home between 8am & 6pm it's unlikely you'll get your parcel. You get an email the night before to say that at some point tomorrow, between 8am & 6pm, you're going to get your delivery. You must be in. You must give your signature. You can't tell them to leave it in a safe place. You can't tell them to leave it with a neighbour. You can't change the delivery address. The next day if, per chance, you weren't able at short notice to stay home all day, and you get home after work, which, funnily enough, is also after the APC staff have finished work, you can't re-arrange anything without phoning them, but they've gone home. They only keep the delivery for 3 working days. You have lost 1 working day that day, because you had a few hours notice you had to stay home all day, the next day you lose because you're home too late to speak to anyone on the phone, so then you're at the mercy of whether or not you can get hold of APC to rearrange your delivery, except now you need to take a days sick from work or ask for a days annual leave at short notice so you can be home to get your parcel. So you basically can't get your parcel.”

“What an absolute waste of a company, honestly I do not get how the owner hasn’t declared bankruptcy yet. It is so frustrating that a company cannot deliver a parcel, called head office about 50 times only to get someone answer the phone and say “ Who are you?”. My parcel has been sitting at the depot for the past 4 days, after answering the phone was told that parcel was on it’s way to me, however still waiting for it.”

“Absolute garbage wanting to get into contact after reading all these reviews to see if my package is going to be delivered today or not... And if I see a reply saying "get in touch with this email to get this problem investigated" I will be livid....
