“Delivery driver rang the buzzer asked what floor I told him top the fourth never delivered my parcel as my lift is being refurbished was going to meet him on the second floor then has the cheek to say no access very disappointed 🤦‍♀️”

“Placed order with supply company that use APC.Stated to them safe place options if no answer.Delivery guy refused safe place option.and pushed non delivery card through letterbox.Arranged second delivery next day.Placed info on front door and even my contact number.Guy came again which was good pushed delivery note through door stating left with neighbour also good.Found out later my wife was in both times and heard letterbox go on both days.Guy had not even knocked or rang doorbell and only left with my neighbour because he was about at the time. (Verdict) Came on days stated but who ever is in charge of recruitment must of let our delivery man slip through the net.Needs to go on a refresher course for common sense.”

“Two packages arrived, should have been 3 but only two arrived. Rang depot to rearrange delivery, I was told they had the package, was put me on hold to find out when delivery would be made, after 25 mins on hold, I hung up…I rang again the next day, they arranged to deliver again. I waited in all day, it’s still not arrived! I rang again ( same day) to see if it would be delivered, was told Yes, ‘it’s out and on it’s way’. It’s still not arrived….. Are these genuine mistakes or have I been lied to…. Has the driver crashed his van? … Well jizzed off!”

“Delivery arrived within the timeslot as given by the company we bought from. No info from Apc. We phoned the company to find out when it would be delivered as we heard nothing fom Apc. The driver was polite and on time. Goods in one piece. There needs to be more information as in emails text etc with the customer..don't leave us guessing.”

“Received an email saying my parcel would be delivered overnight so tried to arrange for a more convenient time! Couldn't get through on the phone but customer services replied to me promptly via email and were helpful. My product was delivered that afternoon after all! Perhaps just better email correspondence in future :)”

“APC had the wrong address on the parcel - even though they had been furnished with the correct address from the sender !! Only the fact we know the lady that they tried to deliver the parcel too and she redirected the driver I would not have received my parcel today”

“Flowers delivered about 15:30 despite us having been given a morning delivery slot. Several calls to courier who basically lied about where the driver was and when we should expect delivery. The van driver was very nice otherwise it would have been 2 stars.”
