i phoned their depot at birtley to ask where my parcel was a young chap called Michael was no help he told me I should have stayed in if I knew there was aparcel being delivered his words we are not here to run around after every one we have lives aswell you are all p,,,,,, takers blaming us when the customers are at fault I would like to meet this cheeky chap and give a talking too apparently this is the way they are trained I have put leaflets in my local community centre telling people not to use this courier muppets

Was told the parcel was out for delivery, waited in all day. Checked tracking through the day, then late in the day checked again. The status had changed to closed/ carded, I wasted a whole day waiting. Don’t know when the item is being delivered. Would not trust this company with my parcels, would recommend companies to use other courier companies!!

Courier shoved card through door without knocking or ringing bell (alert dog in hallway, bell is a fire alarm bell). Hull depot manager uncaring & rude, when complained about service asked "Do you want your parcel?" as a threat. Complaint raised with Area Manager & with sender (recommended they look for another courier service). An entire day's work lost, was planning to fit item in parcel tomorrow - will now have to rearrange that aswell. If you value your customers use another courier company: It's that simple.

Apc is there anything you can do to help?! You have a parcel containing high value parts that i should have recived yesterday (as a re sheduled delivery) I really needed the parts for the weekend. I cant get my car back on the road without them and i wont be able to get back to work next week unless i fix it this weekend. You had this whole week just to simply get a box to me. Delivery was made on time. But to an address 2 streets and almost half a mile away. If that wasn't bad enough the driver knew he'd left it at the wrong address.

Smoked salmon despatched from Scotland on 21st Dec - next day delivery - arrived on 27th Dec. Clearly marked PERISHABLE. Totally ruined and late for Christmas. USELESS!

No attempt to deliver on the day but was strung along by customer services claiming that the driver would make every attempt to get to me by around 7:30pm. Problem was, this was a lie because the item had not even left the depot. I wasted time and money, burning electricity to keep a light on for a non-attending courier. It is now out for delivery today but no idea when it's likely to turn up, so no idea if I can even go out at all. It's the lying that's the worst and being treated as if I am stupid.

The overnight delivery was not completed by the delivery deadline. It was not delivered that day at all. A promised call back from the depot was not made. Calls to the depot join a queue but I was then twice cut off after spending 20 & 28 minutes respectively. The following day - not having been advised of a delivery, and having advised the depot in person that I would be out in the morning they attempted delivery, yes, in the morning. Apparently my fault for not being in! A second visit to the depot produced an assurance of an afternoon delivery which has still not arrived. Please do not use this company if I have bought from you. The reception area was full of others complaining of late & missing deliveries.

They didn't deliver on the day promised and have been impossible to contact by 'phone - all I get is banal music and a message that says 'your call is in a queue, please wait'. Well I waited for a total of over two hours spread across numerous tries and no-one did answer.

Here's a genius idea at your Birtley branch, honestly it's pure genius. You drive round and round and eventually find the office, there's a sign on the office door that tells you to get back in your car and 'follow the white line' so you follow said line and you end up driving amongst an array of forklifts and wagons (very dangerous) only to be told 'you don't wanna park there, it's dangerous, go to bay 22'...how about on the sign that the genius created they tell you to go to bay 22?! Just a suggestion...

terrible, been at home for all day just to get my parcel as it was an important one, after waiting whole day went aut at 7pm and know what, courier left we missed you leaflet on the ground in front of my door, what a wanker, didn't knock or anything

Next day delivery is a bit of a joke. It should have arrived on Friday, but nothing. The online tracking just confirmed it was out to be delivered. Nothing came on Saturday and still no update on the tracking. On the Monday I spent two hours on hold to both the local branch and head office. Finally got through to someone at head office who said They'd get someone to email me an update. Nothing materialised. Eventually I got hold of someone on facebook who told me it was out for delivery, but again no update on the tracking. It did turn up, the driver just said my surname, then walked off, no signature asked for no apology, just gone. So, here's yet another one star review. They seem to be collecting them.

AWFUL courier AND customer service... Just unacceptable. Item couldn't be delivered because I was at work.. I tried to get it redelivered but they only do Mon-Fri 9-6 during when I'm at work (I know, how unreasonable of me). I tried to organise redelivery to my work address instead but apparently that can't be done since it's not in the right postcode. Oh and I can't go collect it from the depot since... well... the depot isn't anywhere near where I live. I asked if they can deliver it to my neighbours but apparently that isn't a possibility either. I tried to politely resolve the issue over the phone but they were very rude and hung up on me instead after saying 'there's nothing we can do'. Are you seriously saying that as a delivery company you aren't capable of delivering a parcel?! Do yourself a huge favour and avoid this service as much at all costs!

The first day was my fault as everyone in the house works and studies I wasn’t aware nobody would be at home. The second time two people were in the house and yet no one heard the knock. Although the flat is small and I constantly reminded everyone that a package will arrive for me. Today, I ensured my mom does not leave the house and I came home early just to be sure. After speaking to them on the phone I got told that there was two attempts made, when I’ve been running to the door every time I heared a little movement. There’s no point in lying, really needed the package for an occasion but I guess that’s not going to happen. Now have to wait till Monday and arrange for someone to sit home all day.

My first review is below, having waited in all day yesterday, today is now the second day I have not been able to work as I’ve been waiting in for this parcel to be delivered! Leanne from customer services where did you get your information from that my parcel would be delivered today!!! I’ve lost time and money once again waiting for a stupid parcel it’s an absolute JOKE the way you treat your customers. Your customer service agents are just liars clearly as I rang twice today to confirm the delivery as well as the company supplying the goods who also said they’d spoken to APC to confirm delivery today! Waited in from 9am till 8.30pm last night for my delivery when it hadn’t showed at 8pm I called APC and spoke to wuite possibly the rudest customer service man I’ve ever had the displeasure of talking too! He refused to say anything about when my Delivery might be made and said that it’s not your APc’s prOblem they’re busy. I suggested a text message to notify me with at least notification of the day my parcel might be delivered and he said that’s ridiculous how could they do that for customers. I’d say that’s ridiculous on APCs part as every single delivery colony int he country notifies their clients of at least the day they will be delivering and the majority of the time with a time window!! My consignment number is 8852676. should anyone be bothering to help customers out! I’m So furious am I expected to wait in all day today again with no inclination whether my parcel will be delivered or not!!

they rang the doorbell and disappeared less then a minute later so we had no chance to get to the door in time. absolutely ridiculous understand its a busy time of year but this was beyond ridiculous and rude customer service with no thought as to the mobility of whom they are delivering to.

Ordered re-delivery for Friday but the driver somehow delivered it on Thursday instead, delivered to someone else that wasn't me and signed by someone else wasn't me, don't know where the parcel is....it's a mystery...
