“No attempt at delivery, with security camera to prove it, but received attempted delivery message via the tracking system. Funnily enough no “we missed you” card either through the door. Very frustrating when you wait in specifically for a parcel.”

“You did not deliver today as you were supposed to. Customer service shocking too. Customer service suggested the driver was left to decipher and rearrange his deliveries accordingly. NEXT DAY IN MY OPINION MEANS NEXT DAY!!!!! NOT WHEN THE DRIVER FEELS HE WANTS TO DELIVER. The retailer has refunded our next day delivery fee. Will see if the consignment turns up tommorow. If it doesn’t the credit card company will be contacted for a refund. Shocking service from this company.”

“We ordered a very important item for 9am delivery. No sign of the package by noon. We were then told 3pm and by 4pm still no sign. We were then told by end of day and we were 10 delivery slots away. Next day still no sign of our package, we were promised the delivery would be by 1pm, then guaranteed by 3:05pm. 4pm came still no sign, still waiting for tis package so whenever it arrives they get a one star review. Absolutely terrible company.”

“I am a disabled man, only partial use of one arm. This joke of a company delivered something I bought from Ebay. I answered the intercom and driver said "I have two big heavy packages and you need to come and give me a hand" Firstly then they should have sent two of you. Secondly I can't. He then chuntered away bringing the packages to the bottom of the fifteen steps up to my apartment, and as he walked in he slammed the door, like a belligerent child. I watched as he easily managed both packages to my front door before sarcastically telling me "thanks for your help" to which I snapped and told him to get the f**k out. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY BY CHOICE, I am absolutely disgusted by this experience and will be raising this with the retailer. If I could give 0 stars I can assure you I would.”

“Almost always over an hour later than the end of the two hour window. No warning. Very misleading tracking (on the rare times there is tracking) as it often skips past my number and goes back to 1. Extremely unacceptable.”

“Yet again my delivery has been misappropriated. Every delivery has been short My latest one wasn't even delivered to my address. The delivery was apparently delivered to an address a mile away from me. The photo taken doesn't show the packages at the location. I've been to visit the other address and the householder hasn't seen the packages. Apc employ thieves”

“There are a lot of very common issues here in these reviews. Apc are definitely the worst carrier out there. I know check who the carrier is before I buy anything online. Re arranged my delivery to a Thursday as I was in all day. Original date was Wednesday and you only find out at 7am that day that you have a parcel coming! On the day (Thursday) the man in the van waiting 10 secs ( ring door bell has the video and time of this too!!) I chased the driver down but he drove off. 10 secs! We even answered on our phones and spoke to him!! When I rang up the local call centre the lady on the phone didn’t want to help. Call your company your dealing with she said. And 10 secs is all they wait for. So looking at all these really poor 1 star reviews I think everyone in the uk has one issue with this company. 10secs to Answer your door is ridiculous! I’ll never use them as a carrier ever again.”

“Don't ever by choice use this delivery company Liars,cheats,outrageous rudeness from the management to the pitiful delivery driver who refused to deliver to my door 🚪when it was opened up it was smashed to pieces checking the packaging it had been stamped on with someone wearing crocs totally outrageous behaviour for a company that is supposedly a delivery company Who block your email address when you complain that your parcel hasn't been delivered when marked as delivered Stay away from this delivery company...............”

“It's the first time I've seen, So Incorrect delivery and even if I could I wouldn't put a single star, I was waiting for an important delivery that was supposed to be delivered by them, they have arrived, I don't know why they even leave a note with instructions after no one follows it and reads it ,After a lot of writing, it was answered to redeliver the same product. I didn't have a single call, there was no bad service”

“Last 4 overnight deliveries have all resulted in an email saying driver has attempted delivery today at such a time. No card left and definitely haven’t attempted as I have had to take time off work to wait for vital work related items to be delivered. The last delivery arrived 2 weeks after sending. Refuse to leave with a neighbour if you try to select the option if you need to go out at any point. Even tried to collect from depot but got turned away for that on one of the failed deliveries.”

“This is a rant but with hopefully a helping message also. Parcel took over a week to arrive. Three visits were attempted, two at the wrong house, one image was of a tree with no leaves. I called every day and spent about 3 hours in total attempting to get it sorted. Customer services are polite and appear to help but their promises went unfounded every time. Who knows where the breakdown happens(Cannock)? Helpful bit: I did ask how they find the properties and was told will use 'what three words.' Was it that, that helped it arrive? Who knows, the parcel has my mobile on it but will they call? Who you kiddin.....”

“god this company is just another carrier that can't work properly with driver who dont want to deliver - no one works there and they never pick up the phone - 40mn on the phone to be hanged up, to tell me not many people are working today - ^^ Got ahold of a team member which was kind enough to try look into it, got me the number of the local depot, someone answered, transfer me of course, now 49mn and still on hold..... Come on guys !”

“Driver shown on cctv knocking lightly on door waited 10 seconds then left. I have a perfectly functioning and obvious door bell and was in waiting for my urgent parcel. Tried contacting APC with the reference number provided on their missed delivery text, but told not a valid number and to contact the sender. Sadly seems typical of drivers who are pushed for time and not concerned about customer actually getting their items, only that they can get round their route as quickly as possible. No idea where my delivery is now”

“The driver didn't knock, didn't ring, just drove away, me and my family were at home at the time. I saw the van driving away. Called the depo, they contacted the driver, he has a photo of my door. Well done, he knows how to use the camera. How about teaching him how to actually deliver parcels? Now as I have zero trust the driver can do his job, I'll have to drive to the depot to collect.”

“Driver delivering rug doctor , knocked at door we walked down 15 steps to front door we were at top of stairs ..he got into van ( after taking photo of the door closed on an angle approaching the door ) knocked once and rang bell ,we got to door as he was getting into his van ,he turned around we waved him down he drove past us disgracefully ..this is what happens when a big company sub contracts to a smaller cheap one insuring there is no responsibility ..I don't really think he even had it on the van myself ..took picture before the door ..rang bell got back in van and we shouted at him as well ..deaf as well as brainless ...”

“Absolutely disgraceful service by this company Would have given zero stars if possible! Driver couldn’t be bothered to even look for the Adress, lied no access intercom when in fact there's no intercom, second time took a picture of dor and left without ringing or knoking at the dor. 3th time didn't show up at all! When he supposed to deliver between 4and 6 pm. When I called to speak with the operator they hang up on me!”
