Sent two texts saying my parcel would be delivered at a specific time. I waited around both days and didn’t receive the order.
When I contacted the retail company they sent me a signature from APC saying I had signed for the item and the picture was proof. The signature was not mine and I wasn’t even at home.
I think the driver has fraudulently signed and then dumped the parcel.
Very annoyed and the 1.1 star rating is further proof that this company cannot be trusted.
