Shockingly bad. Delay after delay with only one update received in the week to say that it wouldn't be delivered, no updates since. I have waited in day after day (after me chasing the delivery and keep being told delivery would be the next day) and still it has not arrived. In fact APC had issues finding where the consignment is and finally stated that they put the wrong delivery label on the consignment and that it has been delivered to the wrong address. Exteremly poor service. Won't use again.

My delivery sent to the wrong address. Rang & promised retrieval & delivery soon. Then 3hrs later, got ghosted & contacted the seller, still 6hrs later with my parishable food rotting no response from the courier, I had to knock at every door of apartments to retrieve my parcel,then walk up a flight of steps with a heavy box causing more injury to my neck & back and shoulders. I am just so disappointed.

Expected delivery for Saturday and recieved email saying 'attempted delivery no one home'. 5 people were home at the time ( all day in fact) Id also used the app to say leave in porch if no one home just incase as it was vital we recieved the item. Basically driver didn't even attempt delivery so an absolute joke. Phoned customer services and they said they would get driver to return which also was not done. Avoid at all costs if you absolutely need something delivered on time! There are far more reliable couriers out there.

Appalling company! A delivery service that doesn't deliver! As a disabled person, I make sure I can answer the door for any deliveries in good time, so I kept an eye on the tracking status and was literally next to the intercom when the van was close by. No delivery attempt was made and no card was left. I should point out that I'm virtually housebound and the parcel is an item of equipment that will enable me to leave my home as and when necessary, so saying I wasn't home doesn't cut it I'm afraid. Furthermore, the photograph provided was clearly taken from the delivery vehicle which is pathetic when you think about it. A very sorry excuse for a delivery company!

This is by far the worst courier company I’ve ever dealt with. My collection was scheduled twice, and both times I was at home, literally sitting next to the intercom. On the first day they gave me a 12:00pm–2:00pm slot, then later claimed the driver was at my address at 10:00am and marked it as “no answer.” That is simply false. My building has reception, and I received other parcels and food deliveries on the same day without any issues. The second attempt was just as bad: the driver turned up outside the provided 2-hour window and again marked “no answer” even though I was here waiting. Every reputable courier can keep their time window or at least communicate. This company does neither. Customer service was shockingly rude, unhelpful, and took zero responsibility. They talk over you, hang up on you, and act as if the problem is yours—not theirs. I never received any email about a failed attempt and they ignored my request to call me when the driver arrives. If zero stars were an option, that’s what they would get. I will share this experience anywhere I can so others know exactly how unprofessional and unreliable this company is. Another courier collected my parcel without any problem.

Had 3 parcels that were not collected as the drivers van was full ??? He said that there was no on in, even though there was. HE LIED!!! I received a non pick up email, stating I would have to pay for there been no one in. I contacted the pick up point and they told me what had happened. I told APC and they said that they would sort it and we would not be charged. The van driver returned later and picked up the 3 parcels. Should have been delivered next day but weren't. Next 2 delivery dayes were also missed, finally arriving after 8 days. Now they say they never agreed to not charge us, and said "we picked it up and delivered it" as if nothing was wrong. Dont use this company, plenty of decent corriers available! NO CUSTOMER SERVICE WHATSOEVER!

Adding my voice to the many others here as bad logistics (or maybe even fraud if we are thinking the worst) need to be called out. My parcel was tracked and it had a photograph taken of it, miles away from my home outside a pharmacy and the tracking information claimed that I had signed for it. I am trying to get this sorted out now with the supplier. It's a pain, I waste time and either the supplier or credit card company loses money. No-one should be using thie company if they can't do a simple job.

APC SUPPPORT HAS NO IDEA WHERE MY PACKAGE IS. The delivery date keeps moving forward every day and its been 3 weeks now. They got to the point where they are blaming the seller, don't know what to do, my package was expensive and nobody seems to take responsibility for this.

My experience is absolutely shocking. I took a day off work to receive my TV. I was informed on the morning of my delivery that the delivery would not be happening. I called the courier who told me it could deliver that afternoon between one of clock and three of clock. I called again to be told it would be around 5. It got to 6 o clock so I contacted them via email. I was told it would not be delivered that day. I did eventually get the item on Friday morning This was after many phone calls and emails to both Hughes electrical where I'd purchased the tv and this dreadful courier company. I will never use this company again. What a waste of a day off to receive nothing. There is no compensation, not even a bunch of flowers. How this company is still in business is beyond me. I would definitely not recommend it to anyone.

Was due for delivery fri, watched the delivery number go down 33..34.. then my turn the van clearly starts driving away from the area. The delivery time gets pushed back. Then the delivery time gets pushed back again. I rang the delivery office, to be told there was a problem with that van and another van would be completing the packages tonight. It would be late though. So I stayed in waiting... nothing. The tracker follows the van to one spot and then stops. Got an email saturday to say out for delivery again. Watched the van on the tracker go from the delivery centre drive straight passed my address to the same place it stopped last night and not moved all day. Despite still saying its out for delivery and my time just gets pushed back. Guessing it's the drivers house. Terrible company.

Appalling. The product sat with APC for over a week with no comms with the supplier or me- the client. Chased up by supplier - admitted damaged packaging and promised next day delivery - failed again, twice, finally delivered with packaging so damaged it was barely still on the product, again no comms from them to me re delivery. No apology no explanation.I'd give zero stars if possible. Avoid them like the plague whether you're a supplier or a client/ purchaser.

Absolutely appalling service delivered to the wrong address then parcel was just dumped there. Then the second delivery was delivered four days later ! No communication to tell us where they had left the parcel and once they were tackled regarding this they said they would get the driver to re deliver to the correct address this never happened! No phone call email to explain where the first parcel was and when the second one was to arrive wouldn’t use them ever.

Absolutely disgusting driver. Not only threw my parcel over the gate even though it had fragile all over the box.i said to him about what he had just done in front of me i got ( I WONT DELIVER HERE AGAIN). Totally disgusting company...

Simply dreadful. Subcontracted service, disinterested driver and very poor customer service. Only 2of5 parcels delivered on correct day this month! FedEx for us henceforth.

If you are a company that wants your customers to have the worst service possible, then this is the right choice. The driver can’t find the address, takes a photo of a different door claiming it’s your address when it’s not, and when they finally attempt delivery (after a week), they leave it with a neighbor—even though you’re home—without providing the neighbor’s house number. Absolutely terrible service. When you complain, they give meaningless responses, just saying the address is hard to find, even though it’s a numbered street that any navigation app can locate. In short, terrible customer service. You pay for Next Day Delivery, and your order arrives a week later.
