“ordered on September 29th, paid extra for quicker delivery, was due on 3rd of October and stayed in all day to wait only to receive a “sorry we missed you card” now it’s the 5th of October with still no delivery. i also am unable to track my parcel.”

“Had a delivery today. Only just heard the knock as the driver didn't use the door bell. When asked why he didn't use it, he said he never uses them!! So the driver doesn't care or understand that people may use door bells because they are hard of hearing and it is attached to a light flasher, or maybe they are elsewhere on the property and door knocks cannot be heard. Or could it possibly be that they just want to get to the next delivery point and don't actually care whether the door is answered or not and just leave the delivery asap? On the other hand, maybe given up with non working door bells and resorted to the knock. Either way, nothing wrong with using both methods is there.”

“Parcel arrived ok but the poor driver was absolutely tired out and stressed I think this company expect far too much out of their workforce, it's dangerous to expect drivers to deliver 100+ consignments in one day”

“My item was not delivered on the day as said. However, when I had emailed customer service and the local depot, I had prompt response and confirmed that delivery is arranged for next day. Item was delivered in good condition. I can recommend on my first experience with APC overnight, that it has been a good experience. Special thanks to Jack at cambridge depot and Lydia at customer service for checking delivery came through ok.”

“No complaints about delivery. courteous driver, but no notification of time slot was received as promised. Luckily we were in when it arrived at 12.30. He had no paperwork for this, including alternative receiver next door.”

“Walked to the door with box tipped on the side when it clearly had arrows pointing which way up and said fragile. It was a cake! Luckily it was ok but do feel delivery driver needs to look at boxes. Everything else was good”

“Website easy to use, tracking location of driver and your position in the queue of deliveries is great. My order was three hours late, probably due to Christmas busy time, but being able to locate driver was a good stress reliever...on the way!!”

“I've used APC for a number of years to send out parcels and can barely recall any delivery that hasnt been made on time ie next working day. I would have given 5 stars except that they dont offer a time slot, but my local depot says this is in plan.”
