Excellent customer service, driver was very polite and understanding of the situation and couldn't of asked for a better service. Would recommend them to anyone as was great company.

Same story as always with apc, driver comes, not even climbs from the van and tells that nobody at home, but doesn’t look they care about all these complaints so just avoid if you can

The worse company I ever use in mine life is take 2 weeks to dilivery my package, and it was damage as well and part of missing. Never use this company anymore.

APC say they tried to deliver but my gates were open and we have a doorbell. No such attempt was made. Disappointing

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. They deliver your parcels to other people's addresses without leaving a calling card and expect you to chase them up with emails to find it and then go and collect it. They are useless. On my door it clearly stated DO NOT DELIVER to a neighbor. Also when I had to send several emails they gave me the wrong address 146 instead of 346 a very big difference in numbers. It was only when checking back on our cctv camera we worked it out. THEY CANT be trusted to deliver or rectify the situation.

I ordered a collection and delivery for an item going to a customer. I clearly stated that our shop does not open until 10am. They tried to collect at 9.05am and now are keeping the money we paid them as they consider their job was done. I certainly will never use APC again. I now have the cost of booking again + an upset customer who has not yet received his item. There are plenty of good courier companies out there and APC are definitely not one of those.

So far, my delivery has been delayed on 3 separate occasions and on none of those occasions has an alternative date been given. Today it was 'out for delivery' and I was sent a time slot before later receiving the cancellation. I'm starting to lose hope that I will ever receive the items that I've ordered. Worst service I've ever had from a delivery company and I've told the sending company that I won't order from them again unless they switch delivery providers.

My delivery slot was 11.06 - 13.06. It is now 16.57 and still no delivery. An hour ago, APC Pinpoint tracking showed that the driver was at stop number 40 and that I was number 41 - still over 2 1/2 hours late, but almost there. Then the tracking stopped, and still no parceI. rang the local depot number - “The person you are calling is not available, try again later.”. I then tried the national 0800 number, which robotically transferred me to the local depot number - and still no one available. So now, 4 hours late, a day wasted, still no tracking, and still no delivery. So much for giving a delivery slot. EDIT: Now six hours after the allocated time slot. Tracking now back on and shows driver 20 miles away at the Liverpool depot, after originally being only 3 minutes away when the tracking stopped.) Apparently I have become number 45, and then relegated to number 47. New time slot showed up - which, surprise surprise, has been and gone. Fred Karno did better than this. Time now 18.52. Stand by for further edits…….. EDIT: Now 19.34, tracking shows the driver / van/ parcel stationary for several hours at the depot in Liverpool, stop 45, (the one in which there is nobody to answer the phone) and I am still stop 47. Giving up now. EDIT: Now 21.03. Still showing consignment at depot, stop 45, and my stop as 47, but clearly, everyone gone home, phone not being answered, so a complete failure by APC Overnight. I suppose we have to go through the same thing all over again tomorrow, but I won’t believe any notifications from them. Disgraceful. Date of experience: 28 November 2024

Parcel has been paid and delivery scheduled for yesterday. I took a day off but the parcel didn’t arrive. I wasn’t able to track online so I made several calls to chase up yesterday. I had been informed that the delivery will be today so I took the another off. Today contacting with local depot as well as with the main office and still parcel didn’t arrive. They supposed that the delivery will be scheduled for tomorrow. I cannot wait at home tomorrow!!! I am raising the official complaint with the urgent request for financial compensation of lost money. I paid for speed delivery but no one can give me exemptional excuses and reason of this delay. My order was from Wilko who is proud to co-operations with this Company and in their opinion it is trusted delivery service!!!! Definitely is not worth for any money and I warn you all to avoid if you don’t want to lose money and time!!!

100% failure rate on two separate deliveries in the space of one week. Message stating delivery will take place between 15:30 and 17:30. Then delayed. Following the driver - goes on a go slow towards the end so he can head home to the depot. Again items not delivered when promised. Will have to wait another day and see if they turn up or get put back in the warehouse. What a waste of time. As bad as Evri. Avoid any company that uses APC.

Terrible service again. Wait in all day, track the driver all day… he is outside, takes a photo to say no one in and drives off. It’s a shop and the light was on. To be honest, I was expecting the same terrible service.. I was surprised to see him outside. I waved to him thinking he was making contact… he was taking the photo! then drives off.. ….. IF YOU ARE A BUSINESS - DO NOT USE OR YOU WILL LOSE CUSTOMERS as I will not use a company that uses APC. DPD are great. Then you call up to ask where your parcel is and you get a patronising service agent speaking to you like you are 2 years old… eg… what.. he didnt get out of the van… no way… in a patronising voice as if talking to a 2 year old… NEVER AGAIN APC . I’ll ensure all businesses I buy from do not use you or i will cancel my order. I order quite a lot due to a wedding business.

Waiting in for an expected delivery, three people at home. Get a notification to say they tried to deliver at 12.25 but apparently there was nobody home. We have CCTV, we checked and unless the delivery van an driver were invisible they most definitely did not attempt delivery. If a driver is running late, has problems getting to us etc please be honest. We don’t appreciate having the blame put on us for your incompetence.

Very poor customer service , parcel was expected the next day , but was not told it was'nt going to arrive untill it was to late to organise anything else . missed a very important deadline which has caused all sorts of problems . i hope our company wont be using APC again Very poor

It is a shame zero stars is not an option, in future if I know this company will be used to deliver I won't be ordering. Twice now they have delivered, or attempted to deliver, my parcels to totally the wrong address, both times the same wrong address which is about 500m from my house. Presumably the same incompetent driver both times. I'm now going to have to collect from the depot as I can't risk them failing to read the address yet again. Utterly useless.

The worst service. One of my consignment from Amazon was to be delivered on Saturday and they tried to deliver on Friday when I was at work and they didn't even bother to ring me before delivery and when I had called APC they assured they would deliver on Monday and I had to take off from work to receive the product and when I called APc they gave the most lamest excuse that they couldn't locate and when they did locate the drivers had left for the day such irresponsible way of dealing with expensive products of customers.

Worst delivey Company ever. Each parcel delivered, broken or damaged. APC even put lots of their sticky tape to mask their shody service. Can onlh say they DO NOT give a damn (must be ex baggage handlers to have all deliveries miss treated. Oh and ss a bonus, late delivery and broken APC you suck. My cat Rory had to be put to sleep on 25/09/24.i contacted Roshill pet cremation services and paid for my cat to be cremated and put in a casket with her name on it to go with my other 2 caskets with my other deceased cats to all be buried with me when I pass away,Rosehill said they would be picking my cat up on Friday 27/09/24,.all ok. On Tuesday the 1/10/24 I received a message saying that Rory would be delivered back to me on Wednesday 2/10/24,waiting in all day nothing came,I rang APC and was told short of drivers and could not deliver that day BUT ASSURED ME that my cats ashes would arrive the next day before 10-30am on Thursday 3/10/24,Again did not arrive,spoke to Rosehill and they called them and were told complaint was being looked into and that my cats ashes in casket would be delivered on Friday 4/10/24,no apology OFF APC,never contacted me back like they said they would,terrible service .APC is only up the road from me 10 mins Away, I have read some of the reviews and they are not good,please stay away from this delivery company seems they are not good by the comments left.i will be contacting the papers about this matter and also compensation for the stress they are causing me,shocking company 😒

scammers are used this companies to defrauded me $12,900 but with the aixaLtd. com , i got back my money from those scammers

They lost my dogs ashes and didn't have decency to tell me until 2 weeks later. How can it out for delivery on Tuesday, not found on Wednesday, scanned going in van Thursday then lost again. This company is a joke

Not a good experience, especially from the Orpington depot. A claimed failed delivery on Friday, but customer has video evidence showing no attempt made that day. Promised Saturday morning and to contact customer if there was an issue. No delivery and no phone call. Then a promise it was on the van for delivery to our customer today 30/09/2024 delivery no. 4 before 11am. After several communications it was not even on the van. Customer collecting himself. Time and Money lost by us and our customer. Honesty does not appear to be their best policy! Update: APC phoned customer as he was leaving...they've lost the parcel!
