Excellent customer service, driver was very polite and understanding of the situation and couldn't of asked for a better service. Would recommend them to anyone as was great company.

Didn't turn up, got an email during the scheduled delivery slot to say there was a delay. No reason, no apology. No commitment as to when they may attempt to redeliver. I'd drop the 'Overnight' as its false advertising.

Paid for overnight delivery on Saturday. Delivery sub contracted out to MILLBRAY CONTRACTS LIMITED. Lazy drivers. Delivery driver never attempted delivery. Took a photo of next door’s house. No doorbell pressed on either house. No knock. Have CCTV evidence.

Delivery attempted but "shop was closed" claims the driver. The package clearly says 132 as street address,the shop sign has a HUGE 132 on it,same as the shop under 134 which in fact was closed. "Sadly,our driver has left the area and we can only reschedule for next Monday"

Terrible service, item purchased guaranteed next day delivery, rescheduled delivery 2 days later. Item never arrived got an email late afternoon been delayed can't deliver to next day. After waiting in all day previous day couldn't get time off to wait in next day. Tried to deliver item next day obviously no one in so item went back to depot. Over a week later got an email saying item was delivered today, which it wasn't Ring cctv and doorbell confirms no one delivered anything to my door that door. Totally useless and incompetent don't recommend this courier.

Amazon Partner sent a Parcel to me through APC and the seller/sender and I paid for Next Day Parcel By 4pm (ND16). It did not arrive Friday as planned although it showed 33,32,31 stops on their very poor Tracking system and then it later changed to Planned Delivery as Monday 12th January 2026. Definately takes no.1 spot away from Hermes for being the worst ever Parcel Delivery Company as it seems they just don't care about providing the service people pay for or letting anyone know of any changes or when to expect delivery and even phoning them after them not responding to my email and message it is just as bad. The guy on the phone seemed to know it was out for delivery before even giving him my consignment number and did not apologise or explain the reason to the delay and just said it would be out for delivery and was put on as an extra. The website does not show it as being out for delivery and he said "an extra" when it was supposed to be delivered Friday? How about an approx. time of delivery? "No I don't know". Now it has changed to Tuesday 13th January 2026 so whoever I talked to on the phone is also a liar. We have better things to do than waiting in for Parcels and you not turning up. Expect a name change coming soon, most probably YDL Distribution & Logistics cos when you ring APC Overnight they say YDL. They can stick it now where the sun don't shine as I've cancelled it with the Amazon Partner Seller who I am sure will be getting their business ruined due to this disgraceful, extremely poor Company.

Had the worst experience with Tanya the customer service who answered my call today. She was very rude and the tone she was giving was not i was expecting to hear! Also, the delivery driver didnt deliver my package when i was given a timeframe! I dont know why business uses this company. Its the worst. Worst customer service and the worst service!

Absolutely shocking behavior!! Delivery drivers with stinky attitude and back office that doesn't care. Driver refuse to go and bring the parcels because he don't have time. I will never use them again!!

Zero stars. Perishable goods due Saturday. They didn't arrive. Customer service absolutely terrible - no communication AT ALL to let anyone know. They were full of excuses about no drivers at the depot. Oh boo hoo, I don't care how they "organise" their staff, l just wanted my items delivered as promised! NB Avoid this courier at all costs, unless you like clowns....... :-(

Shockingly bad. Delay after delay with only one update received in the week to say that it wouldn't be delivered, no updates since. I have waited in day after day (after me chasing the delivery and keep being told delivery would be the next day) and still it has not arrived. In fact APC had issues finding where the consignment is and finally stated that they put the wrong delivery label on the consignment and that it has been delivered to the wrong address. Exteremly poor service. Won't use again.

My delivery sent to the wrong address. Rang & promised retrieval & delivery soon. Then 3hrs later, got ghosted & contacted the seller, still 6hrs later with my parishable food rotting no response from the courier, I had to knock at every door of apartments to retrieve my parcel,then walk up a flight of steps with a heavy box causing more injury to my neck & back and shoulders. I am just so disappointed.

Expected delivery for Saturday and recieved email saying 'attempted delivery no one home'. 5 people were home at the time ( all day in fact) Id also used the app to say leave in porch if no one home just incase as it was vital we recieved the item. Basically driver didn't even attempt delivery so an absolute joke. Phoned customer services and they said they would get driver to return which also was not done. Avoid at all costs if you absolutely need something delivered on time! There are far more reliable couriers out there.

Appalling company! A delivery service that doesn't deliver! As a disabled person, I make sure I can answer the door for any deliveries in good time, so I kept an eye on the tracking status and was literally next to the intercom when the van was close by. No delivery attempt was made and no card was left. I should point out that I'm virtually housebound and the parcel is an item of equipment that will enable me to leave my home as and when necessary, so saying I wasn't home doesn't cut it I'm afraid. Furthermore, the photograph provided was clearly taken from the delivery vehicle which is pathetic when you think about it. A very sorry excuse for a delivery company!

This is by far the worst courier company I’ve ever dealt with. My collection was scheduled twice, and both times I was at home, literally sitting next to the intercom. On the first day they gave me a 12:00pm–2:00pm slot, then later claimed the driver was at my address at 10:00am and marked it as “no answer.” That is simply false. My building has reception, and I received other parcels and food deliveries on the same day without any issues. The second attempt was just as bad: the driver turned up outside the provided 2-hour window and again marked “no answer” even though I was here waiting. Every reputable courier can keep their time window or at least communicate. This company does neither. Customer service was shockingly rude, unhelpful, and took zero responsibility. They talk over you, hang up on you, and act as if the problem is yours—not theirs. I never received any email about a failed attempt and they ignored my request to call me when the driver arrives. If zero stars were an option, that’s what they would get. I will share this experience anywhere I can so others know exactly how unprofessional and unreliable this company is. Another courier collected my parcel without any problem.

Had 3 parcels that were not collected as the drivers van was full ??? He said that there was no on in, even though there was. HE LIED!!! I received a non pick up email, stating I would have to pay for there been no one in. I contacted the pick up point and they told me what had happened. I told APC and they said that they would sort it and we would not be charged. The van driver returned later and picked up the 3 parcels. Should have been delivered next day but weren't. Next 2 delivery dayes were also missed, finally arriving after 8 days. Now they say they never agreed to not charge us, and said "we picked it up and delivered it" as if nothing was wrong. Dont use this company, plenty of decent corriers available! NO CUSTOMER SERVICE WHATSOEVER!

Adding my voice to the many others here as bad logistics (or maybe even fraud if we are thinking the worst) need to be called out. My parcel was tracked and it had a photograph taken of it, miles away from my home outside a pharmacy and the tracking information claimed that I had signed for it. I am trying to get this sorted out now with the supplier. It's a pain, I waste time and either the supplier or credit card company loses money. No-one should be using thie company if they can't do a simple job.
