Excellent customer service, driver was very polite and understanding of the situation and couldn't of asked for a better service. Would recommend them to anyone as was great company.

have had several packages delivered by various couriers over the years and let me say this is APC has the most pleasant delivery driver I have ever known. The fact that the parcel is delivered when it says is a bonus but to have such a friendly character deliver it was an absolute pleaseure. No grumpy face just a friendly good morning Mr ????.,how are you today. APC, your delivery driver in the Alexandria (G83) area is a credit to your company.

Should be zero stars! A 24 hour delivery of a garden plant took 4 days to arrive. Day 1 They claim they attempted delivery but no one in and they left a card. We were in all day and no card was left. Day 2 Delivery window originally 2 to 4 later changed to 5 to 7. Nothing delivered and no reason for non delivery given. Day 3 Delivery window 12 to 2. About 1pm the tracking system said they couldn't find the address. Day 4 Goods finally arrived. The tracking system is very inconsistent. Sometimes it shows nothing apart from a map of the delivery address and at other times includes the delivery number and number the driver is currently at. Only on the final day did it show all the information including a map showing the driver's current location Fortunately the supplier of the goods was very helpful and refunded the delivery charge and also offered a replacement plant if required.

Would not let us collect item in the warehouse, woman on phone was extremely rude and told us that is the way it is, then she put the phone down us. Thanks Becca at the Verwood branch in Dorset.

Customer service is revolting. Had a really nasty email from someone there who doesn't like their job obviously, annoyed with me for not being in, when i deemed to make my work call a half hour before the delivery estimation and therefore wasn't able to answer the door? I was available within the estimated delivery time however! Why give an estimation when you are going to turn up half an hour before? It makes no sense and impossible to be in for a delivery then! Really curious how this is deemed acceptable? Poor. Will try and buy from companies who don't use them.

I ordered from a fresh food service and it was left on my step, no knock, I also have a bell. My house isnt big so Id have heard him. I reviewed the camera footage and he can be seen dropping the package and leaving with no ring no knock NOTHING!!! My food was left for 4 hours on my doorstep before I found it. Its lucky it was packed so we'll and it was cool temperatures today. This could have ruined my order.

absolutely rubbish Service parcel still has not turned up lady on the phone very rude in Rayleigh branch and she’s hung up the phone. She doesn’t know if he’s coming today tomorrow next week apparently the system has an updated since last week. Can you believe it? Rubbish avoid at all cost.

I was having a tent delivered and was waiting patiently for the knock on the door during the 2 hour window given by the company in their email. When I heard it I rushed downstairs and to the front door. There was a man with a hi-viz vest at the door whilst I was at the top of the stairs, but by the time I got downstairs and opened the door he had gone. There was no one to be seen in the street either. As I was waiting in the doorway, the email stating that the delivery had been attempted was sent. Thinking that the van was probably still just around the corner, I quickly tried phoning the company to see if the delivery could still be made. And boy, oh boy, did I make the wrong decision there! I am still astounded at how patronising the man on the other end of the phone was. He told me that I had no idea how long I'd actually taken to get downstairs, that we'd been on the phone less time than his delivery driver had been stood waiting for me, that I was mistaken in how long I had actually been on the phone... oh, and the coup de grace was when he stated at the end of the phone call that 35 seconds was perfectly long enough for a normal person to answer the front door. I must admit that I was bewildered that anyone with a phone manner like that could still be in business. I also didn't want to go through the same rigmarole again. Instead, I opted for redelivery to a shop. The tent was delivered on time. But when we went to pick up the tent today we were told that management had given strict instructions not to let it be delivered. And why? Because APC Delivery are not authorised to use that shop as a drop-off point and never have been. Instead, they've just been taking advantage of the shop owners and just keaving parcels on the shop floor without warning! We did manage eventually to persuade the poor shop staff to let us have the tent. But they probably needed the room, considering it's a massive family tent and not exactly a tiny package that can be popped on a corner shelf. Honestly, avoid this company at all costs. They are out for what they can get.

This service has t me off buying from shops that use thus delivery service. Ordered Monday for next day delivery on a click n collect to bnq. I’ve had to chase up after multiple emails stating there was a delay. Customer services were polite n told me my item had gone to the wrong depot in london. Thursday still not here. Back to Amazon purchases

Three attempts at a delivery three times the driver didn’t even bother using the intercom to get in (it’s all on camera nowadays drivers)so your lies are even more pathetic when you adventuly talk to us.

We were waiting a very important piece to keep working and deliver the work on Monday. APC lied saying the they "attempted" to deliver at 9:15am. We were 8 people at that time. We have cameras to prove their lies. Now we have to wait until Monday to receive the parts so we can not deliver on Monday. ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING. I am going to review this everywhere.

Didn't turn up, got an email during the scheduled delivery slot to say there was a delay. No reason, no apology. No commitment as to when they may attempt to redeliver. I'd drop the 'Overnight' as its false advertising.

Paid for overnight delivery on Saturday. Delivery sub contracted out to MILLBRAY CONTRACTS LIMITED. Lazy drivers. Delivery driver never attempted delivery. Took a photo of next door’s house. No doorbell pressed on either house. No knock. Have CCTV evidence.

Delivery attempted but "shop was closed" claims the driver. The package clearly says 132 as street address,the shop sign has a HUGE 132 on it,same as the shop under 134 which in fact was closed. "Sadly,our driver has left the area and we can only reschedule for next Monday"

Terrible service, item purchased guaranteed next day delivery, rescheduled delivery 2 days later. Item never arrived got an email late afternoon been delayed can't deliver to next day. After waiting in all day previous day couldn't get time off to wait in next day. Tried to deliver item next day obviously no one in so item went back to depot. Over a week later got an email saying item was delivered today, which it wasn't Ring cctv and doorbell confirms no one delivered anything to my door that door. Totally useless and incompetent don't recommend this courier.

Amazon Partner sent a Parcel to me through APC and the seller/sender and I paid for Next Day Parcel By 4pm (ND16). It did not arrive Friday as planned although it showed 33,32,31 stops on their very poor Tracking system and then it later changed to Planned Delivery as Monday 12th January 2026. Definately takes no.1 spot away from Hermes for being the worst ever Parcel Delivery Company as it seems they just don't care about providing the service people pay for or letting anyone know of any changes or when to expect delivery and even phoning them after them not responding to my email and message it is just as bad. The guy on the phone seemed to know it was out for delivery before even giving him my consignment number and did not apologise or explain the reason to the delay and just said it would be out for delivery and was put on as an extra. The website does not show it as being out for delivery and he said "an extra" when it was supposed to be delivered Friday? How about an approx. time of delivery? "No I don't know". Now it has changed to Tuesday 13th January 2026 so whoever I talked to on the phone is also a liar. We have better things to do than waiting in for Parcels and you not turning up. Expect a name change coming soon, most probably YDL Distribution & Logistics cos when you ring APC Overnight they say YDL. They can stick it now where the sun don't shine as I've cancelled it with the Amazon Partner Seller who I am sure will be getting their business ruined due to this disgraceful, extremely poor Company.

Had the worst experience with Tanya the customer service who answered my call today. She was very rude and the tone she was giving was not i was expecting to hear! Also, the delivery driver didnt deliver my package when i was given a timeframe! I dont know why business uses this company. Its the worst. Worst customer service and the worst service!
