paid for next day delivery that turns up to be over 2 days now no real tracking time no idea where my parcel is or whether had been an attempt to deliver it as no card left.....very very bad rang this evening the local depot and the girl told me bunch of lies,parcel was on its way for delivery tonight.....never got it.... hope i receive my parcel , i really need it will not recommend apc to nobody,best avoid

I was due to have a delivery today. We were in all day and had several other parcels delivered. At 12.44 got an email to say that delivery was attempted at 12.40 but no one was available to sign. It also said a card was left . I am still looking for the card! I don’t believe the driver did attempt to deliver. Will have to wait in another day and see if it turns up tomorrow.

Yet again I was due a delivery that allegedly came and no one was in. My flat mate was there all day as far as I am aware so that's complete nonsense. No card was left to say failed delivery therefore I suspect the driver could just not be bothered to find my address. It's the same story every time I get a parcel delivered by A PC that is never received the first time. They say they will not deliver to work address yet other companies do this as I am never at home when deliveries are made and I am not driving 40 miles to the nearest depot. Two words dim up A PC -Totally Useless

In order that we can investigate would you please contact our team at customer.relations@apc-overnight.com with a 7 digit consignment number and full delivery address. We do understand you would like your item redirected and apologise for any inconvenience, unfortunately we are unable to re-direct parcels without the permission of the sender who sent the parcel. We are bound to comply with their requirements, we can only deliver to the address they have provided. Should you wish your item to be re-direct you would need to contact the sender direct. Carded on Monday. I do 24hr shifts and rebooked on tues online for redelivery on thurs Waited in all day today and rang at 5pm sent back to sender Has happened before__ there is a reason they are cheap Only one delivery shot (not 2 like everyone else) only store for 2 days as no warehouses Redilevery website different to return so no idea was happening

I am utterly disgusted in the service I have received from APC in Durham (Simpsons). I ordered a parcel on the 31st Oct. On the 4th of Nov, 3days after I should have received this, I rang them and they claimed a driver had been on 1st Nov but nobody was home and a calling card had been left. I was 100% Home and furthermore, absolutely no calling card had been left. The lady I spoke had an appealing attitude, even abruptly cutting me short mid-sentence. They then said it would be delivered the next day (today). I was meant to be at uni, however, I urgently needed the parcel so I rang my tutor and took the day off. After waiting in all day, frightened to even go to the toilet, nothing arrived. At 4pm I rang them and they again claimed a driver had been, nobody was home so they left a card. I can say, hand on heart, that nobody even crossed my driveway today, let alone, knocked on my door and surprise surprise, no calling card either. The gentleman I spoke to today kept saying, no disrespect but ........ However, he could not have been more disrespectful if he tried. Apparently it is now going to be delivered tomorrow but I am not holding my breath. I have bought items weekly/fortnightly off this particular seller for years and he has only just changed his courier to APC. I have since told him I am now moving my business elsewhere as I refuse to have anything to do with APC in future.

This is the second time I have been carded after waiting in all day for a delivery that has not been attempted I will be checking which courier any trader I purchase off in future if it is this one I will look elsewhere

Don't Use this Company! APC failed to deliver to me then refused to credit me when I had to pay for re-delivery. I wasted considerable time waiting and chasing. They take no responsibility for failed delivery. - the driver and/or depot and/or HQ lied about the posting of calling cards (there were none) - internal communications within APC were not acted on. When it finally did arrive, it came in an old unmarked white van - very unprofessional. Before I posted this I contacted Leanne in Customer relations, hoping that she could resolve the issue. Whilst she was responsive and apologetic, she was unable to authorise a credit via the supplier who were told that they had to pay again. I will now avoid using suppliers that use APC.

Trio Logistics is part of the APC Overnight group. Trio Logistics says on it’s website that it’s “a Local, family-run business meaning you get that personal touch”. Yeah right.....! I had a package delivered on 4th April 2017 by Trio, their driver demolished a small drystone wall at the entrance and two posts put there to protect it. I emailed them immediately but it took until 28th April for Darren Graham (owner) to get someone to inspect the damage and 15th May to get a response to my email. More chasing with no response so I escalated it to APC in June who provided contact details for their insurance company. More chasing in July and August and an acceptance of liability from the insurance company. More chasing and an email from Darren Graham in September that Trio refuted the damage and needed video evidence...... 5 months after the event. Apart from the £250 to repair the wall, Trio has wasted 10 hours of my time following this up. Go with DHL, UPS, Fedex/TNT if you want a decent reliable service and the customer service to back it up.

I have held for 40 minutes now and been passed from pillar to post. Never experienced worse customer service in life. Very frustrating and time wasting and made to feel like your complete inconvenience questioning why the parcel has not yet arrived. Our delivery has been out twice and both occasions states calling card left, but nothing was actually left, then you are made to feel like a nuisance to ring up and ask where it is. Absolute nightmare, would never use again.

Crap. I will honestly boycott any retailer who uses this courier. COmpletely inflexible, they only want to deliver on their terms and you MUST be in, even if they don't turn up when they say your only option is to arrange another day. Will not allow you to leave with a neighbour or in a safe place - which usually means they aren't fussy who they employ as drivers (risk of theft). As a recipient you have to put up with the vendor's choice of courier, so the only power we have it to NOT BUY FROM ANYONE WHO USES THESE GUYS.

Sat in all day waiting for my delivery checked tracker in the afternoon it said no one answered the intercom so driver took it back, I don't have an intercom ? Whose house did he go to? Idiots

I called APC the day before the delivery was due to say that I would not be at home, I would be at work and I could collect it form their depot. They agreed. The next day I called the depot to check it was there and the member of staff said "yes come and get it". I turned up at the depot- waited for 10 minutes while they looked for it - then they came back and said - "its gone out in the van". I got home and there was no card left. I called the depot two days later and asked where is my parcel. They said "its at the depot and it has been scanned". I went to the depot- waited for 10 minutes. Bloke came back - "its gone out in the van". Absolute muppet show.

Terrible service, terrible communications, no customer care, they should be shut down, booked a delivery (online) for next day 0900 security, using the online booking the drop down accepted the time of delivery and then with out telling us it was amended too 16.00, great when your sending (live fish) GREAT CUSTOMER CARE, BUNCH OF IDIOTS, this is not the first time live fish have either been killed and boxes crushed TERRIBLE, TERRIBLE SERVICE

Instructions given were that I would be here to take delivery at my front door but as no one had called by mid-day I phoned the company from whom I had purchased the goods. They checked on tracking and advised me the goods had been delivered 45 minutes earlier. Not so. No knock on the door, no goods left outside. After contacting the head office and then the local depot I was advised the goods had been delivered at the claimed time. The driver had a photograph of the goods left on the front doorstep "as per instructions". (fiction) It turned out the package had been left on my neighbours front doorstep in bright, hot sunshine. Really good for the fish inside ?????????. Absolutely terrible service.
