“Poor customer service, misleading and will never use them again. Unable to book required item so relied upon a representative to do it for me. They did it wrong, the booking description is misleading and thus my item only partly got collected. They deleted the transcript so I was unable to prove anything and were unwilling to help other than offering a further booking at my cost. Avoid at all costs.”

“Awful company - don’t use! I used this company to move from my flat to a house years ago and found it good so used them again for my recent house move. They damaged my MacBook screen, an expensive painting and around seven pieces of furniture. I paid for furniture to be disassembled and rebuilt but they have rebuilt everything wrong: they’ve used incorrect tools and damaged my sons cot meaning I can’t alter the mattress height which makes it unusable. It is brand new. They’ve missed out fittings/fixtures on my other sons bed so it’s falling apart and I have to buy a new one. I booked in an expensive painting and their packing service and not a single piece of packaging was put on it to protect it so it’s damaged and similarly glasses, vases etc from the kitchen had no protection. They are refusing to even talk to me about the damage because it’s over a week since I moved, even though I had insurance as part of the premium package I paid for - as if you can unpack a big house in a week, plus I would never have thought I needed to check the screws on the rebuilt furniture. I booked a certain number of boxes but the boxes they use are tiny so they informed me I needed many extra and this totalled £800 extra which I had to pay before they would move us. When my earlier house move fell through and I’d frozen my booking to a later date they also charged my £770 mistakenly without permission. I cannot say how negatively I feel about this company. We trusted them with our things at an exciting time and they’ve caused so much stress, hassle and upset by not treating anything with care.”

“The worst customer experience I have ever encountered in my life, do not go anywhere near this company - I had a job confirmed, then was hounded on a Sunday to pay more for it, which I did, it was then rescheduled to the following week and I was then hounded (and threatened) on Easter Sunday to move the job again, then on the day it was due to happen no one turned up, despite the job being booked, nor on the following booked day. I have spent hours and hours chasing this company for a resolution but they are still making more promises about a future collection - and then failing to provide the movers to do the work. Literally awful, distressing, costly - please please please avoid”

“Why do people use this company there not a removals company they are a selling company who take your job charge a price and sell the job on to any man and van cowboy outfit I have 20 years experience with proper removal companies who have insurance polite staff the right vehicles for every job so stop being tight and do it right first time Don't go cheap and end up paying through your nose you've been warned anyvan are a clueless useless sales hub nothing to do with removals and never will be”

“Honestly, please never use this company, they take all the money before hand, they never complete the job, they leave it half done and then demand more money to complete the job. The management teams do not support their customers. Please be aware never use this company!!”

“Had van booked , booked day off work for it , van didn't arrive and nobody called to let me know , when I rang them they said van driver had let them down , no excuse as to why they didn't ring me , so lost a days money plus another day I will have to book off to get another van here, awful service, wasted my time and money!”

“Absolute rip off, for small moves. Company offers two packages, My was the smallest of small. Payed £334 to move 5 mins away, 2 bed flat to a 2 bed . No large white goods , very basic. 2 men, 4 hrs. Refused to take certain small items because they weren't listed on inventory. That needs to be added to the inventory or not taking, regardless of package price. Demanded £200 extra to take my tv stand, because he gets paid a pittance. Certain items I had to leave behind, to make up the difference of what he would take. Spoke in Polish to his colleague, I knew I was getting set up, to be ripped off. I offered them £50 and told them I was recording conversation. Iv never felt so intimidated, I'm a single mum. Disgraceful..... Avoid..”

“Booked with this company to transport 2 furniture items from Bristol to Blackpool..over the phone inquiry. Great customer service no hassle. Straight to the point booked and pd for...tracked the driver as well as being kept up to date with messages..even after a 6 hour drive .thr driver was extremely polite helpfull...the cost was very much cheaper than I expected .would highly recommend to any and all Thank you”
